5.00Last week, we had a wonderful tour of the ceramic village. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Our guide Linh shared a lot of fascinating information with us. The highlight of the tour was making pottery ourselves, which made the experience even more memorable.

5.00We had a fun trip with Darcy - delicious bun cha lunch in Hanoi and then interesting drive to Bat Trang. We tried to make pottery (not very well!) which was fun, the artisan helped us. I liked having a young guide who can tell us about life in Vietnam and is enthusiastic and curious.

5.00What a great morning tour, despite the Hanoi rain! Sam, our guide (and our driver Quang), made the tour so special, we felt like a friend was showing us around. His knowledge of Hanoi and its’ customs are superb! He took us to try our hand at making pottery making, ordered us an amazing lunch, took us for coffee and even helped me with my pottery shopping!! Highly recommended.

5.00Our jeep tour was absolutely brilliant. Tin our guide was very informative an d helpful and our driver was excellent. Travelling in such an excellent vintage vehicle was enough but we had a full morning. We visited a fruit farm not far from Hanoi with lovely peaceful scenery. Had the opportunity to enjoy fruit straight from the trees We visited the ceramic village and had a go on the potters wheel and attempted to make something - which of course was a disaster but great fun. If you fancy making something and taking it home make sure you visit at the start of your trip as it takes about 10 days to dry and fire the item - which can then be sent to your accommodation in Hanoi (maybe Vietnam). A d don’t wear your best clothes as it can get a bit mucky. We had a delicious lunch and ended at a cafe for Egg Coffee. The morning was really well thought out. Can highly recommend doing this trip.

5.00The jeep tour was fantastic, we visited local farms and were able to try fresh guava off the tree. We visited the famous pottery village and had the chance to have a go ourselves and also paint and keep our own item! We finished by having a lovely lunch and an egg coffee in the centre. Both our tour guide (tin) and driver (giap) were so welcoming and kind, would definitely recommend!!
