  Not a tour of the actual working brewery but a tour of old brewery, facilities. Lots of videos and people speaking about the brewing process. The best part is probably getting to drink a couple of small beers.

  If you want more of a party vibe rather than historical experience, this is for you. Sadly, our guide was very good but most were not listening and talking and we couldn’t hear her.

  What an unforgettable experience! The Heineken Experience is one of the most original and lively tours I have ever had in Amsterdam. Upon arrival, you can feel a special Mood: the staff is incredibly energetic, always smiling, humorous and really invested in making each visitor spend an exceptional time. The tour itself is very well built. We discover the entire history of the brand, the old brewing tanks, the secrets of manufacture... but above all, we live a total immersion thanks to the many interactive animations. Some are really surprising and make everyone smile, regardless of age or interest in beer. We have fun, we learn, and we leave with a smile up to our ears! The finish is simply great: music, festive Mood, tastings and exchanges with passionate employees. This is a real moment of sharing and good humor. Little tip: buy your tickets in advance, it will save you a long wait at the entrance (the place is very popular). And good point: free lockers are available to drop off your belongings, allowing you to enjoy the tour hands-free. In short, an experience not to be missed if you are visiting Amsterdam. Even if you’re not a big beer lover, you will definitely have a great time. A real favorite! 🍻💚

  Too commercial. Expected a lot more of it. Many shows and that's it... Free pints: beer didn't even pearl and therefore tasted very "faint"!

  Good tour, worth a visit, rock the boat tour includes canal cruise which is right outside the museum and included a drink and nuts. After the tour the basement bar is where you can exchange your 2 drink tokens and you get a drink half way through the tour for free

  We booked the Heineken experience with rooftop. Everything was very well organised, not a long waiting time even that we did not book beforehand. It takes about 2 hours to see everything and have a few drinks at the end (Heineken of course!). It is a about 20 minute to walk into central Amsterdam (Kalverstraat etc.) You receive 2 vouchers for a drink and one more if you add the rooftop. Rooftop definitely worth it with views over beautiful Amsterdam. I have been many times to Amsterdam and really enjoyed this.

  My wife and I did the tour on our wedding anniversary it was brilliant.Ater the tour we had a drink at the Roof Top bar and we would like to thank Lana for the excellent service we received it made our celebration even more special.

  We visited the Heineken Experience on 28th October and had a brilliant time. The tour guides were very informative and friendly. We enjoyed the various parts of the tour, everything was interactive and educational. Free drinks and a few fun games! Definitely worth the visit!
