The tour was truly interesting because I learned quite a few things I honestly didn’t know before. I’m deliberately not sharing details here, because I don’t want to spoil the surprise. Swan was fantastic: incredibly kind, attentive, and really knowledgeable. She explained everything we wanted to know and created such a warm atmosphere that I felt comfortable right away. We were a small group, which made it feel very personal. And alongside the insights, we also had genuinely delicious food from small family producers — exactly what you hope for. Swan was a wonderful guide! Not only did she share personal insights and accommodates specific needs like mobility and dietary restrictions, but she gives a glimpse into a Hoi An I would have never seen without booking this tour! She is thoughtful, educated, and a real asset to this tour company! Highly recommend!

We had a great time with our lovely Guide Swan and the other participants. The factory visits and fun facts were very interesting and the food was absolutely delicious. We laughed a lot and had so much fun. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our guides Swan and Tien were lovely people. My wife and I enjoyed the tour immensely. There was a total of 7 of us which was fun. The mung bean factory was amazing. We had no idea that mung beans turned into sprouts. The family that ran this small organic spout operation - A husband and wife were wonderful and inviting. Then we went to a Cao Iau factory and they showed us how they made these amazing rice noodles only made here in Hoi An. The rice field and all the food stops were fantastic too. We loved this tour.

I absolutely loved it! It didn’t feel like a tour, it felt like an experience. Swan and Thuy were both so warm and knowledgeable. The places we went were fascinating and the the food was plentiful and yummy!!

Swan was amazing, super cheerful and made the experience much more interactive. Is also very interesting to see the old traditions of food making, and try the foods. Learned very interesting facts as well.
