  this is a great way to get to and from tambourine mountain but it is not a true hop on hop off experience. You need to choose 3 attractions. Also when I booked it was not clear that i could have booked a wine tour or paid for the glow worm tour.. I was very happy that we were able to get picked up from the JW marriott gold coast resort although it wasn’t on the hotel list

  Lovely tour guide and good transport. Activities are not included and can be bought separately, for example the sky walk and glow worm cave.

  Anthony seemed a bit flustered initially but it turned out to be a great tour. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I did Glow worms, Skywalk, Curtis Falls and Lookout all in plenty of time with no hanging about and great commentary from Anthony when appropriate . Would highly recommend and Plenty of Reasons to be Cheerful. Really enjoyed the day

  The company could really improve with clearer communication. At the start, we were handed a laminated map but given no guidance about what to see, how the timetable worked, or how to make the most of the day. Because of the disorganisation, it was after 11am before we even managed to see or do anything. When we got off the bus, the first question was “What do you want to do?”—but we had no idea what the options were or how it all worked. We said the falls, so they took us there, only for us to be told its better to start with the treetop walk. It wasn’t just us who were confused. Another couple became so worried about not getting picked up that they started walking in the heat. The staff clearly mean well, and they do want everyone to have a good time, but for a paid tour this level of confusion just isn’t good enough. With better communication and structure, the experience could be much better. As it stands, hiring a car would have been the easier option.

  We had an amazing experience, there were a few things that were disorganized and can be improved on, but it was nothing that negatively impacted our experience.

  The experience was terrible. Was advised of pickup at 9.10am but was 9.30. No commentary from driver at all. Arrived Mt Tamborine and was told ‘I’m only the driver, tell me what you want to do’ He talked as if you were familiar with the place but as a first visitor I had no idea what to do. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing either.

  Anthony our driver was knowledgeable, provided details of activities that we could participate in throughout the day, was always available to pick up and drop off again. Wonderful day.

  Great trip up Mt Tambourine which gives you plenty of opportunity to visit a variety of activities. Andy the bus steerer was a character who goes our of his way to accomodate all of his passengers. He was very knowledgeable on all things Mt Tambourine.

  Michelle was an excellent driver & guide with very good local knowledge. She did a great job of accommodating a range of options for different people - and acknowledged them by name.
