  It covers a great overview of Dallas Downtown. If you plan to hop on hop off plan for the whole day as the pick-up times are quite long in between with only one trolley.

  Lisa was friendly and informative. I learned alot about downtown Dallas. I loved the farmers market.

  We arrived into Dallas because our flight was delayed. The ticket person was very accommodating and switched us to the next tour. The tour guide was very nice and also very welcoming. However, she was not able to maintain control on the bus. It reminded me of an elementary school field trip. Guests were talking so loudly that we could not hear the guide. In addition to that, someone popped gum the entire time. I had the worst headache and we finally got off and Ubered back to our car. It might help to offer private tours to out of towners actually wanting to hear the tour.

  The trip was interesting and fun, and it was a long ride, so it was worth it. I like it the zone de Dallas.

  We did the City tour. It was comprehensive and the route well thought out. The trolley bus is noisy so if you are hard of hearing the tour guide might be difficult to hear. Our guide used a sound system.
