If you prefer, you can also make your own way to our ranch, just 10 minutes away, for a flexible and personalized experience. After that, get a quick introduction to the horses, the journey starts at the Ranch on our noble horses, where you will be able to admire the rich flora and fauna. This 2-hours horseback riding tour makes a journey into the tropical rain forest of the Sierra Madre and the town of Sayulita, far from the tourists of Puerto Vallarta, for an ecological ride that will leave you wanting more. At the ranch, you'll embark down a jungle trail, laden with beautiful tropical foliage. You'll visit a beautiful river. The tour has 3 stops for you to take pictures and enjoy the view, The ranch, The river gorguyo, and the beach of Sayulita (Playa escondida). This excursion will create many great memories.

The ride was beautiful and manageable. The guides were humorous and friendly and my 10yo daughter loved it, as did I. The hour and a half was perfect.

This was beyond the highlight of our trip to Sayulita and a really wonderful experience. The ranch is called Mi Chula and you can see it just off the main road heading into Sayulita (from the south). But I recommend the rendez-vous at the beach club in Sayulita because you'll see a great view of the beach. They will then take you in an open-top safari like truck for a 5 min ride through town and to the ranch. Just FYI, they will contact you 24 hours before your reservation with full details, Google map coordinates and very responsive via WhatsApp and through the TripAdvisor messaging app (I was worried at first because I tried calling and no one had picked up the phone). The ranch itself is so beautiful and inviting with very clean bathrooms and check-in area. The stables are very well kept and horses are very well taken care of (they are rotated regularly and the horses off duty are kept at another stable across the street). Antonio was our guide, navigator, trainer extraordinaire. He was so sweet and patient and very accommodating with new and inexperienced riders. We took the 1.5 hour morning tour which I felt was perfect before it got too hot in the afternoon and felt long enough on horseback! The trail is really beautiful - the first 10 mins you are on the side of the road leading up to the entrance into the jungle and then it's about 20 mins through a trail in the jungle which is incredibly peaceful and felt very safe. You can start hearing the waves from the beach as you get closer and then the trail opens up suddenly to a deserted shoreline which is incredibly beautiful! They have a photographer who meets up with the group at the beach and takes pictures, which are then offered to you for a package price (very very reasonable!!) which I highly recommend buying - they can airdrop it to you immediately to your phone and all the shots are great and very worth it. Highly recommend booking this if you're in the area!

It was my first time riding a horse, but the staff made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the experience. The horses were incredibly friendly, and the guide was super kind and attentive, which made the whole ride even more enjoyable. I had such a fun time riding through the lush jungle and along the stunning black sand beach—such a unique and unforgettable experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone, whether it’s your first time or not!

This was incredible! We came to Sayulita off-season for our 10-year wedding anniversary. Best time to go! We had a. private tour! Glad we picked the sunset tour. Our guide was fantastic, told us all sorts of cool stuff as we rode through the jungle on our trusty steeds, and then boom! You arrive at the most beautiful private beach at golden hour for sunset and the best pictures. It was so fun riding through the surf before heading back to the ranch for tequila tasting! This is a once-in-a-lifetime thing and I can't recommend it highly enough!

We had an excellent experience today on our horseback ride through the jungle and on the beach. Our guide, Jovani, was amazing. We had riders of all ages and experience levels- including a toddler who rode along with mom. The crew was very welcoming and accommodating, and we really enjoyed our excursion! Would highly recommend to anyone!

The sunset experience was absolutely AMAZING, beyond our expectations! Juan is an incredible guide, the horses seemed happy and healthy, and the entire team was just incredible. I cannot recommend enough!
