  Anurag Sharma was an excellent driver. He safely drove me to and from Delhi to Agra and kept the tour on time. He is friendly, courteous and even bought me a lovely tea on the way to Agra. The guide met us in Agra and was helpful, knowledgeable and helped me navigate quickly through the heavy lines at the Taj Mahal..I highly recommend working with Viator travel.

  Taj was superb ar sunset and gigantic agra fort was impressive. Transfer were smooth and flights were also provided. Lunch was provided at a high restaurant.

  I visited a day trip from Hyderabad and I enjoyed a lot after tak mahal and Agra fort. Food was amazing. Driver was well behavioured and spoke good english

  This company offers door to door service from hotel in Hyderabad, to Taj Mahal and back, including airfare. Overall, this was a very nice, one of a kind experience. I enjoyed the sightseeing and learning interesting historical facts about Taj Mahal and the Agra Red Fort. I was awake for pretty much 24 hrs straight to do this tour, but I would say it was worth it. However, there were several issues: 1. The whole experience was very rushed. The guide wanted to keep walking at his own pace despite me wanting to stop and take some pictures. I didn't travel there just to do a speed run through Taj Mahal. He said, don't worry, you will have 30 minutes to walk around and take pictures. Well, after we walked through the monument, he just wanted to leave and go to our next stop right away. Finally he let me have a whole 10 mins extra. Yay, I guess? So I managed to grab some good pictures but I definitely could have used more time. Then we went to a couple of craft store that also sold items (carpets, marble). Honestly, none of this interested me, I would rather spend more time taking pictures of the amazing places that I will probably never visit again, not look at merchandize. So it would be best if they asked the guest about their preferences. But it appeared that the tour guide was rushed the whole time because he just wanted to be done with my tour so he could move on to the next one. 2. I am a photographer and I brought in several different cameras, and then I found out that I will be restricted in what I can bring with me on a tour. I wish this was explained up front in the tour description, so that I would not be bringing gear that I would not be able to use during the tour. 3. I had a big issue with the airfare that was booked - when I arrived at the airport at 4 AM, I found out that my flight was cancelled. I tried calling the tour agency, but of course no one would answer at this hour (I didn't expect they would). So I had to urgently buy a one way ticket to New Delhi on my own and pay for it separately, this way I would be able to do the rest of the tour. The other option was to just go back to the hotel and get the whole tour refunded. I was able to get to New Delhi around the scheduled time, so the rest of the tour proceeded as planned. However, it took about a month of back and forth with the tour agency to get refunded for the unused airfare for the flight that was cancelled. I live in US and there is no easy way for them to wire money to me, so they suggested they wire it to someone I know in India, which of course was not going to work for me. Eventually I requested a partial refund through TripAdvisor, and it was taken care of. This is not the tour company's fault, and issues with airlines happen. But I wish this was handled better. I think there should be someone around answering phones, even during those early morning hours in case of any emergency logistical issues. And I was not impressed with the process of getting $70 or so refunded for the unused airfare. So my ratings are: Logistics: 3/5 Driver: 5/5 (thank you Sanju!) Tour Guide: 2/5 If I ever find myself in this part of the world I would do a similar trip but I would ask a lot of questions about the plan for the day, if I can skip some activities that are not relevant to me and ask about the rules of the places that are to be visited and what I can bring with me and what is not allowed.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this trip. Everything was meticulously arranged, from our flights to transportation. Everyone was punctual, welcoming, and made us feel incredibly safe. As newcomers to India, we were especially grateful for our driver for the day in Delhi, Ravi, who greeted us warmly with a beautiful flower necklace and made us feel at home throughout our journey. Despite the long drive, it was comfortable and informative, thanks to Ravi's insights about the country and the sites we visited. Our guide, Hemendere, was equally impressive, deeply knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal and sharing local experiences that gave us a glimpse into the work of local artisans. Although the day was long, starting early in the morning and ending around midnight, it was an unforgettable experience. The beauty of the Taj Mahal and the warmth and hospitality of the people made this trip one that I will cherish forever. Highly recommend!

  I had only 2 days free frooti my office work and i wanted to see taj mahal so i choose to take a package from mytravelconand i am really happy after our agra tour, driver and guide were couteaou and punctual, lunch provided was also delicious

  I had the privilege of visiting the stunning Taj Mahal and Agra on a Same Day tour from Hyderabad with this tour operator, mytravelcon and his manager, Hemender Singh. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, while the logistics were managed very well. We were able to see all of the essential landmarks in a single day without feeling rushed or stressed. Highly recommend this tour!
