5.00There is a lot of walking. The 3rd tunnel was a haul down and an all uphill to come back topside. The bridge was spectacular but you need to be a Billy goat to climb to it.

5.00This tour was great and very informative. The guides English was perfect. Be prepared for the tunnel. It’s physically demanding for some and the walk out to the end requires squatting or walking bent over ( tunnel height around 5 feet tall) but worth ever step.

5.00It was a rainy morning when we started this tour. Both the bus driver and tour guide (Joo-ee) were very accomodating. When we arrived at the DMZ, the hardest part was going down and up on the ramp and to/from the tunnel. The challenge was not hitting our heads on the low ceiling in the tunnel (I found out why the helmets were mandatory) and walking up the ramp incline. The history and the current situation betwen N. and S. Korea was expertly explained by Joo-ee as well as other stories. I learned a lot about how the DMZ was created and recommend this tour to everyone. The second part of the trip was the Suspension Bridge and the nice views of the mountains (probably would have been nicer if the weather wasn't raining). All-in-all, I highly recommend this tour!

5.00Joo-Ee communicated with us the day before the tour to confirm the pickup time and location and the description of the van and detailed what we should expect in terms of lunch and stops for food. The morning of the pickup, she sent a picture of the van and where she was parked the pickup hotel. She gave a detailed presentation at the DMZ site and instructions before we descended into the Third Tunnel. After our tunnel tour, we hiked the area and went on the Gamaksan Chulleong Bridge. Appreciate that she took the time to take our pictures on the Bridge and in front of the DMZ sign. Appreciate the pictures that Joo-Ee sent us too! Overall, Joo-Ee was very personable and we enjoyed having her as the tour guide for the DMZ tour.

5.00The DMZ was really great! Our tour guide Joo-Ee took really good care of us, explained everything very well and was really funny 😊 I definitely recommend this tour as you learn a lot about the history of South Korea and North Korea.

5.00Had an amazing time! We loved Joo-Ee! She was so knowledgeable about all the history around the DMZ. We loved that she would always give us the heads up on what areas were worth visiting or skipping. The whole tour was well organized! 11/10 would recommend to anyone!!
