I had a wonderful time with my guide Nanda who was super fun to have as my company for this tour. She was very helpful, very informative. I also had a great driver who was safely and skilfully able to navigate the not-so-easy traffic in this city. Jakarta is a great, vibrant city rich in history and heritage from the Dutch colonial days and this tour managed in a few hours to bring me to so many places that gave me a great insight into what shaped this city, its people, its culture and heritage. I’m very happy to have had the chance to visit these places - the Monas (although only from the outside as it was closed on that day), the Istiqal mosque - beautiful architecture, the Catholic Church, Chinatown, the old town, the old port Sunda Kelapa which still retains its old charm and not forgetting the shadow puppet museum. Even managed to get a bite to eat at the charming Cafe Batavia. I truly enjoyed the tour.

Great tour of Jakarta and history behind the country. We scheduled this last minute night before and did half day tour with kids. The tour was great and Tashia was very detailed and knowledgeable. She even helped with kids as well. Great experience for anyone wanting a run down of Indonesia history and Jakarta monument’s.
