We were very fortunate to have excellent weather for our excursion - the trip was truly amazing and one of our all-time favorite experiences. Our guide David was excellent and we were always fully informed and ready to-go from one location to the next with his help & guidance. The bus trip from Interlaken to Grindenwald to the cable guide and train rides to Lauterbrunnen - plus our time at the top of the mountain with the views, the time out on the snow, and the ice palace - was truly awesome for us and a day that we will never forget! Given that the weather was good and that it was July, the crowds were present but we did not mind at all.

Going to Jungfraujoch was one the greatest highlights of our Europe tour. The experience was so much better than I could have imagined. Though expensive, my family and I were so happy with the tour. The views were breathtaking from the beginning to the end. The guide (Thomas) was knowledgeable, and happy to share his experience in the area. Tip to others: dress in layers as some areas are very cold and it enhances your experience when you are comfortable. The ice palace was innovative and cold….we could have been better dressed for it. However I liked it and it is optional. The tour is very well organized and each activity is well explained. I like the many areas that were great for photos. It was great to experience God’s creation. Beautiful and perfect!!!! You may want to take your best camera as there so many many scenic views to capture.

David is a king!! He’s worth his weight in gold and the company management should appreciate that he is the heart and soul of their business. He should not be under appreciated.

I was a bit wary of this tour after reading mixed reviews, but in the end was really happy we booked it. It left on time and the tour guide gave a lot of interesting commentary along the way. They were well organised. On the way back down it’s via Lauterbrunnen, and the scenery is spectacular. Up on the mountain, you only really can fit in a couple of activities. We opted for the tubing at the fun park, and went straight there on arrival and didn’t have to wait in a queue. After that we went to the glacier plateau and ice cave. Didn’t have time for the sphinx observation after those things, but had seen enough spectacular views and done enough that it didn’t concern us. We were up there for a bit over two hours. I’m glad we booked it.
