Kananaskis Valley
Listen as the professional guides explain how to paddle and give safety instructions for your epic 1.5 to 2 hour adventure down the Kananaskis River, which originates in the Canadian Rockies and flows 46 miles (74 km) before emptying into the Bow River. Relax as you cruise along the calm parts of the river, taking in the scenery of craggy mountains and verdant trees. Keep an eye out for wildlife like eagles and other birds soaring overhead and bears or deer walking along the banks of the river. But don’t relax for too long — this is still an adventurous river. Listen as your guide directs you to navigate the periodic rapids. Hang tight as you bump up and down over the white water as if it were an aquatic bronco. When your rafting adventure comes to an end, you’ll be rewarded with snacks and high-fives, before relaxing on the ride back to your starting point.

Our family of five had a wonderful time, such a fun activity, but most of all they all about safety of guest. They provided all the gears and safety lessons before we got into the river. We went with the group leader Alex and he was funny and nice. Even I don’t like water and don’t know how to swim but I felt safe and had so much fun. My kids and husband jumped into the river twice and they said the water was so cold but refresh. If anyone is looking for a river rafting experience please don’t hesitate to book with this company. And by the way their dog Eddy is so cute also❤️

Our family of four had a wonderful time on the rafting trip. Our guide, Georgia, was confident and kind. The water was refreshingly cool. It was about 8 or 10 degrees Celsius. But we weren’t cold on the rafting trip because of the wetsuits and fleece jackets they provided. We even jumped out to swim twice, for about 1 minute each time. Very invigorating!

It’s thrilling and also relaxing no matter how the weather is! Tim and Brie were fun and very supportive. That’s the reason I was able to enjoy it! My 19 year old son loved it too!
