Born and raised in Kandy, I know the city and its surroundings inside and out. Sri Lanka is rich in heritage and culture, and I want to introduce you to this beautiful country and my hometown.
With my TukTuk I will pick you up at your hotel or any other location and take you to some of my favorite places around town. I will cater the tour to your wishes and take you to touristic highlights as well as hidden local gems.
You are interested in tasting traditional foods? I will show you where to try fresh king coconut, delicious samosas and other dishes.
Some of my go-to places are the local tea factory, the Nelligala International Buddhist Center and the Buddhist temple with the giant Buddha statue.
The attractions listed in the tour details are examples of spots we can explore together. I'm looking forward to being your local tour guide and creating an unforgettable experience for you!

5.00We spent a magical day next to Dinesh, he showed us the most typical and beautiful places in Kandy. Between the Tea Factory, the Wood Carving in a Family House, Medical School and not to mention the most famous monuments of Kandy such as the White Buddha and the Temple of the Relic of the Tooth, this day was rich in memories. He was able to adapt to the desires we had with kindness and benevolence. Dinesh is a guide who makes the whole walk comfortable: punctual, accommodating, always smiling and kind. It was my favorite day in Sri Lanka thanks to him and his knowledge. Thank you for everything Dinesh 🤟🏼 Coconut 🇫🇷🇫🇷
