  Very smooth sail with excellant drink menu. Food was excellant. Sunset was perfect easy walking distance from our hotel

  The people were great. They are very nice and make you feel welcome. The appetizers were really good.

  The sunset sail itself was nice, and there was not a long wait to receive a drink so overall the experience was worth the price, but the hors d'oeuvres left much to be desired, and the bartenders were somewhat rude. I feel that tipping should be based on the level of customer service received and the manner in which the captain announced to the passengers that the "only" way the bartenders are paid is from tips and that $20 to $25 per person as a tip is customary before we even left the dock was off-putting and felt tacky, especially given the attitude that multiple members of our party received on separate occasions during the excursion. Our group included 13 individuals ranging from mid-thirties to mid-sixties, (noting this so other reviewers know that we were not a bunch of rowdy 21 year-olds who might not have been respectful and may have been treated a certain way of that) and many of us independently had unfriendly interactions with the bartenders. There seem to be many options for similar excursions in Key West, so future vacationers may want to consider a different company for their sunset sail. A recommendation for this crew is to treat the passengers with a more friendly attitude, and consider adding Venmo/PayPal as a payment option on board (instead of only cash) if tipping is such a critical method of compensation for the crew that it needed to be announced multiple times over the loudspeaker.

  It was a lovely evening excursion. Boat was very clean and the crew was super friendly. Drinks were fine though we were asked if we wanted to 'upgrade' our drink passage. Since we are not big drinkers we didn't opt in which was ok.
