  The team at Kilinge was simply incredible. We were very lucky to have 2 excellent guides Fadhili and victor, who told us everything about the mountain, and successfully brought us to the top. The food was incredible and the level of comfort as well. We had a tent with chairs and a table and very warm sleeping bags. We clearly couldn’t have made it up the mountain without the excellent crew of porters too who made our job very easy. Thomas the manager was great too, welcoming us for a briefing the day before and welcoming us back after we successfully made it back down. His story is truly impressive, having started as a porter and made it up to build a very successful company. I whole heartedly recommend them.

  We just finished the 7 day lemosho trip and it was amazing from start to finish. Thomas answered my WhatsApp messages at all hours despite a major time difference to answer any questions I had leading up to the trip. Shout out to our guides Onesmo and Stephan for keeping us motivated and safe. They were very professional but also friendly and fun to spend time with. The whole team took such great care of us! Food was great. We felt very well prepared by our guides to reach the summit. Great experience all around and the cost was much more reasonable than some of the larger foreign companies and the service was better (you could see the service other groups got on the trip) We wanted to go through a Tanzania-based business and were incredibly happy we did.

  I had the greatest time. The guides, porters and cook all did a fantastic job to give us the best experience. Everyday they had our food ready and had our tents waiting at every stop. Food was great and so were the tents . They made each day so much easier because we really had to do nothing except for the walking. And they were an amazing bunch of guys. Thank you Kilinge

  The trek began at the Lemosho Gate, where we were greeted with stunning views. The dense rainforest is filled with beautiful flora and fauna. Our guides, Alex and his team, were incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights about the local ecosystem. The first day's hike was manageable and rewarding, leading us to the serene Big Tree Camp. More thanks for kilinge adventure

  When we decided to embark on an adventure in Tanzania, we wanted everything to be perfect—a challenge, an experience, and a memory we would cherish forever. Little did we know that choosing Kilinge Adventures would turn this dream into reality, far beyond what we had hoped for. From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Thomas, who handled our booking, was prompt, patient, and thorough, ensuring every aspect of our trip was planned flawlessly. Our Kilimanjaro trek was an incredible experience, made possible by an extraordinary team. Our guide, Gewa, was everything you could hope for in a leader—knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly motivating. He had a way of making even the toughest moments feel manageable, always reassuring us that we were capable of reaching the summit. Every day, he briefed us on the route, checked our health, and made sure we were acclimatizing well to the altitude. His leadership made us feel safe and confident throughout the journey. Another unforgettable member of the team was Chef Mussa. I can confidently say that the meals he prepared on the mountain were some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s hard to imagine how he managed to create such delicious and varied dishes in the middle of nowhere, but every meal felt like a feast. From hearty breakfasts to comforting dinners, he made sure we were not only well-fed but also energized for the challenging days ahead. One evening, he even surprised us with a cake to celebrate a milestone in our climb, a gesture that truly touched our hearts. Then there was James, our porter, whose strength and dedication were awe-inspiring. Watching him carry heavy loads with such determination and still greet us with a warm smile at each camp was humbling. James was more than just a porter—he was a source of encouragement, always offering a kind word or helping hand when we needed it most. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our comfort and success, and his support made a world of difference to us. The climb itself was nothing short of spectacular. The beauty of Mount Kilimanjaro is hard to put into words—from the lush rainforests at the base to the surreal landscapes of the alpine desert and, finally, the icy summit. Each day brought new challenges and breathtaking views, culminating in the summit night, which was both the hardest and most rewarding experience of my life. Under a sky full of stars, we began our final ascent with Gewa leading the way. His steady guidance and constant encouragement were what kept us going, step by step, until we reached Uhuru Peak just as the sun rose. The sight of the sun spilling over the horizon, lighting up the Roof of Africa, brought tears to my eyes. It was a moment I’ll carry with me forever. After the climb, we continued our adventure with a safari organized by Kilinge Adventures. It was a completely different but equally incredible experience. Over several days, we explored Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Each park was unique and offered unforgettable wildlife encounters, from lions lounging under acacia trees to herds of elephants grazing near Tarangire’s iconic baobabs. Gewa, who also served as our safari guide, impressed us with his extensive knowledge of the animals and their behaviors. He had an amazing eye for spotting wildlife, often pointing out creatures we would never have noticed on our own. Thanks to him, we were able to capture some amazing photos and learn so much about Tanzania’s incredible ecosystems.
