Our experienced crew will welcome you at the jetty with a glass of bubbly and take you on a scenic trip of the beautiful Knysna Lagoon. If conditions are viable sail through the world famous Knysna Heads that form a gateway to the Indian Ocean where a myriad of marine life can be found. Thereafter we will bring you back to the meeting point.

We had a wonderful relaxing sunset cruise. The Captain & Staff were attentive, friendly & helpful. Nothing too much for them to give us the best and memorable experience. The food was also delicious. I highly recommend this cruise on Lara Bella, I would love to do it again.

I had a great time sailing on the catamaran the experience itself was a lot of fun and the staff were very friendly and professional, which I really appreciated. The trip also included a barbecue, which tasted really good, although there was only one type of meat available. However, I personally found the price a bit high for what you get and for the duration of the trip. Even though the duration was clearly stated in advance, I still felt the overall value didn’t fully match the cost.

Lovely trip on a very large comfortable catamaran. The crew were very friendly, attentive and safety conscious. The drinks were free flowing and reasonably priced. The food was absolutely amazing. Sunset from the boat was worth the trip. Slightly disappointed that they had no white wine by the glass so you had to buy a bottle. A nice trip meandering around the lagoon and out through the knysa heads to the sea. Definitely recommended.

Probably the most luxurious, well skippered and crewed sunset cat experience that we have done in Africa. From the welcome to the disembarkation, we found the service faultless. We highly recommend this splurge on an excellent activity in Knysna.

An unforgettable afternoon on this beautiful catamaran over the waters at Kyans and Knysna Heads! Relaxed Mood, very friendly crew, great food & drinks and beautiful views. Highly recommended if you visit Knysna!

We booked an sunset, but due to bad weather we took the morning cruise. A beautiful boat, small group, but we went with hope to see animals. And seen none. But from the 2/2,5 hours there was just max 25 minutes at open sea, and there was time spent to go to another Harbour, for obviously commercials reasons. I would say: do that in your own time. There was no explaining anything about the area and things to be seen. Maybe when you want to party, it is ok to just sail and hear loud music, but we are here in SA only once in a lifetime and traveled a long way to see things we normally don't see. I know you cannot force nature, but I felt like no effort was put into finding the animals, or spent some extra time at places where it is more likely to see. Shame

An absolute must. There is no better way than taking in the natural beauty of the Knysna Heads than by sailing past them. Ocean Sailing Charters was fantastic to communicate with from the first moment of inquiry. The professional team made it a great experience and we enjoyed some bubbly and a perfectly BBQed steak on board. Definitely recommend it!!

The experience was amazing, we were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. The food, music, the team so friendly and full of smiles. Everything was just simply amazing! Oh my goodness.
