Zakopane is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Poland. During peak seasons, especially on weekends, holidays, and school breaks, large crowds are to be expected in the city center and at major attractions.
Waiting times for cable cars and popular attractions (such as Gubałówka) may be long, particularly during high season. The tour operator has no control over queues or waiting times.
Participants are advised to wear comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for changing weather conditions.

Chocholow

Mateysz was a fantastic driver — reliable, courteous, and very safe, which made the journey very comfortable. The car was clean and well kept. 5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic day in Zakopane. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the whole trip felt very easy and relaxed. Mateusz was brilliant — friendly, attentive, and a very safe driver who took great care of us throughout the day. And a big thank‑you to Alice from the office for being so efficient and kind during the booking process. Definitely a five‑star experience.

5.00We visited Zakopane and had an amazing time. Our tour guide, Erik, was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely fun to be around. He made the whole day feel effortless and enjoyable. The thermal baths were a brilliant addition to the trip, and we even shared a shot with Erik. Overall, it was a great day out and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

5.00Amazing first day in Poland with our guide Erik. From the start, the trip ran smoothly and we were fully informed at every steps, from pick up to drop off. Erik was fun, friendly and full with full of knowledge. The bus ride was safe and pleasant with our driver Martin. First stop with the most delicious cheese and a snowy background. Second stop, more snow and a ride on the funicular and time around Zakopane. Thirdly, my absolute favourite part of the the day… the thermal spa. OUTSTANDING! Two more trips booked with this company and a lot of pressure to reach the excellence of Erik!
