Satesh was excellent. Communicated clearly when he would come and was early. Super helpful with bags and terminal drop off. He was so friendly and kind I would highly recommend you request Satesh for any transportation and also for tours; his Melaka tour was outstanding.

Kimber was a great introduction to Kuala Lumpur. As well as having a fun personality and aligning his narratives to his perception of the values I hold, he was extremely knowledgeable about KL (and other things) and the hour for the airport transfer positively flew by. He was proactive in contacting me and managed the entire process extremely well. I feel very fortunate to have been transferred from airport to hotel by Kimber. Easily 5 stars.

The pick up and transfer from KLIA to the City hotel was smooth to say the least. The car was sparkling clean, well aerated and the air con a welcome addition since the temperature outside the airport was very hot.
