  We visited some beautiful, pristine and secluded beaches. Lots of starfish. The lunch at the Rock restaurant was wonderful. Great experience and food. Swimming with the turtles was an unmissable experience to have.

  Beautiful and great experience. At first we were in the Jozani Forest and could observe some monkeys. Then we went to the beach and saw a lot of starfish. We also had the time to snorkel in the sea. The Rock was just as impressive. We had reserved and so could eat and drink on the terrace with amazing views. In Salaam Cave we swam with the sea turtles and fed them. It was great! We would like to highlight our German guide Sadik and our driver Shazil - both told us a lot about Zanzibar and fulfilled all our wishes.   We had a lovely day out with our English-speaking guide, Rashiid. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided lots of information, as well as photo opportunities. Starfish Beach was beautiful, with so many different coloured varieties. Great to see the monkeys up close, in Jozani forest, and to feed and swim with the turtles in Salaam cave. Food at the Rock restaurant was amazing - we went at 2pm, the tide was out when we entered, but within 10 minute the whole restaurant was surrounded by water and we had to get a small boat back to the shore, which was brilliant!

  The tour travel agent is of no use. Comes late. Body language is aggressive. Never book from Sandies Tour And Travels. Also isn’t Indian friendly. Won’t recommend this travel and tour for any Indian travellers. Viator should take a not of it. A trip which was supposed to start by 11:30am started 45 mins late because the driver was sleeping in the car without bothering about being at the reception to welcome the guests. The contact number provided, no one picked up the calls inspite of multiple calls and messages. And when the driver was finally found out, rather than being apologetic, the driver and the tour guide (over call), both defended that we can fall asleep. Entire trip and the mood was screwed up. And we left it mid way as we weren’t comfortable travelling with them. We were to start with Star Fish beach, but went to Jozani forest to pick up the tour guide and wasted a lot of time. Inspite of all the details discussed and agreed a day before. When we left from Jozani the tour guide, Abdul Razaq said due to high tide we can’t go to start fish beach now. I fail to understand why was this trip even planned and payment taken in advance from us. We left cheated and swore that we won’t book any tour travel without verification as Viator fails to do the basic filteration.

  Great day spent with Alen our guide, and Maha the driver. We particularly enjoyed snorkeling on the lagoon. Alen is very friendly, helpful and interesting, just like Maha, I recommend 100%

  We had a great time snorkeling and seeing the monkeys in the forest. Feeding the turtles in the cave was also very fun, but watch out because they like to bite!

  Loved this tour! The variety of stops—Starfish Beach, The Rock, Paje Beach, Jozani Forest, and Salaam Cave—made the day feel full and exciting. Our guide, Daniel, was the best—super sweet and made sure we saw everything we came for, especially swimming with the turtles, which was a priority for us. Definitely follow the recommendation to book The Rock in advance—great food and such a cool spot! We saw tons of fish and starfish while snorkeling, and the monkeys at Jozani were adorable. Highly recommend this tour!

  Fantastic all those colored starfish in crystal clear water. Also a lot of fish seen even a monkfish up close.

  Overall excellent trip with an excellent guide. Snorkeling was great, Jozani had lots of exciting things to see, the turtles were so much fun. The Rock was incredible!
