The bus tour was well arranged, also crossing by ferry was nice. However, you have to think carefully about what you want to do there. Because there are not many shops, but cycling, beach, canal tour or something is also possible. You also have to take the heat into account, fortunately we had some clouds 50% of the time and there was the occasional breeze.

Very pleasant and formal all the staff, mutuals in the pick-ups and departures of the activities during the experience, the catamaran facilities very well, as an opportunity to improve the experience, if after the food that there is that space until the starting oven activities should be done which generate integration and is a unique experience

Island is extremely quiet. One restaurant and one bar open and two shops, one of which closed for hour when we there. Unless you want to hire a bike or 4 x 4 safari which cost around £100 not the best trip for Lanzarote. Much better value on other trips

It was great to have a pick up and ferry right there for us and not have to worry about getting the timings right with public buses. Not alot to do on the island apart from walk (which I did) or hire a bike (electric recommended as there's no roads to speak of) I found an isolated beach and sat and enjoyed the views and quiet. It might have been nice if there was abit of information shared about the island on the bus by the tour guides, I felt that was lacking. Ferry ride was fun as we rode the crazy cross currents. Nice trip

Hotel pick up. Smooth journey. Good value. Not much to do on the island so plan an excursion in advance. Roads very very bumpy so cycling difficult. Jeep tour probably the best.

Visited the island of La Graciosa in May. It’s a nice little excursion to take just off the northern coast of Lanzarote. Head north to the ferry port at Orzola. Go by bus or car. If by car there are several car parks handy - but leave a little time as if it’s busy you might be directed a couple of hundred yards to where spaces are free. No charge. Then refresh yourself from a nice little cafe just opposite the terminal while you wait for the ferry. Two ferry services serve La Graciosa. They’re independent and when we went, the services were staggered with each going about hourly. You’re advised to book in advance but we got on by paying at the terminal. You can’t pay for one operator then catch the other’s ferry. Last one back 7.00pm. Little to choose between the services. Just under a half-hour crossing. €27pp return - possible small discount for on-line booking in advance. Careful! If you sit at the front to the side of the deck you can get splashed - the start of crossing can be choppy. Boat docks at Caleta del Sabo where there are nice restaurants and a decent beach. Best to see the island by bike. We hired an electric bike from La Molina - about €35pp for the day - nice bikes, good service! The guide books say there are 4-5 island circuits you can take but on any given day drifting sands block some routes. They’re then “no-go!” and when we went the south-west beaches were off-limits. The main routes are an experience. It’s as if a tank has left wide caterpillar tracks which you rattle across - a right bum-bruising experience. Don’t let this put you off. (If it does, there are plenty of jeep tours). We took the northern route. After about a 7mile ride we got to a glorious quiet and pristine beach - Playa de Los Conchos - with fabulous views. I then scaled Montaña Bermeja just opposite. I’m 75 but managed the 35degree climb. (The wife chickened out!). Bit slippery on loose stones approaching the peak but a great view from the top. Watch the drop! Then back to port. All in all about an 11mile frequently bone-shaking round trip. (We got stuck in sand for a few miles in the island’s north-east quadrant - so be careful if you’ve a ferry to catch). All in all, glad we went and quite exhilarating. Lanzarote’s great and we’re going back again shortly. But now we’ve done La Graciosa and probably won’t be repeating the trip! Check out the photos. Hope they help!

An unforgettable place. The crossing is a bit expensive but you have to go 28 € round trip for an adult. If we return we will take a few days accommodation on this tiny island. We're far from everything... The streets are sandy and especially no stress... Beautiful beaches. Not to be missed!

Brilliant day from start to finish. Very well organised. Wasn’t expecting the boat to be quite as rocky but just added to the fun. Definitely recommend this trip well worth the money.

Fantastic trip. Well organised, ran smoothly. Was great to have the independent time on La Graciosa where I could go for iced coffee and walk round to the beach on the south of the island. Truly a paradise. Would recommend this specific trip as one to definitely do whilst in Lanzarote. Seeing the spectacular cliffs of Lanzarote are an added bonus. The coach was well air conditioned, picked up on time and left on time. I had to get picked up at one of four locations in Teguise, but it seemed that other hotels had hotel-specific pick ups which would have been nice to know (as Playa Roca not able to be booked via TripAdvisor / Viator, but would have been favoured over Barcel Activ). I guess this minimises pick ups but favours excursion booking via agencies rather than TripAdvisor / Viator
