Few things represent a city’s culture more than its food. We want everyone to experience everything that makes us love our city, including its cuisine. However, as a foreigner, it can be hard to know which places are the safest, cleanest, or best-tasting—that’s where we come in. On this tour, you’ll get to try soup-filled empanadas called salteñas, our famous hangover cure, anticuchos, traditional ice cream, and much more. Between tasting half a dozen dishes, we’ll take the cable car circuit to explore the city, stopping at cultural attractions like squares with quirky stories, churches with intriguing pasts, the cemetery with its spooky traditions, and any additional spots you’re curious to see.

Part food tour, part history tour and part cultural … an amazing day with an excellent host and guide - Edson. He was kind enough to adjust for some particular requests and took care to ensure we only ate the best. It was like spending the day with a new friend. I highly recommend Edson’s tour services.

This was an amazing way to see La Paz and El Alto. The tour really makes use of the cities great cable care system network to cover a lot of ground. Don’t eat before you go because you will have a lot of amazing food and drink on this tour and be fully immersed in Bolivian culture and history.

Our tour guide (Andrea) and driver (Luis) were absolutely amazing. We only had a day to tour La Paz,.and they made the experience memorable. We certainly won't forget the kindness and hospitality of the Bolivian people. Also, the tour operator was very thorough and communicative from booking, to before the tour and then to follow up afterwards. Highly recommend.
