A number of spaces are available for wheelchairs in each theatre at the Sydney Opera House. Wheelchairs are available from the Stage Door for use by patrons free of charge. Wheelchair access is by ramp from the southern entrance of the Concourse. Undercover wheelchair access is available from Stage Door and the Sydney Opera House Car Park. It is essential that you specify any needs when proceeding with your booking.

Dogs or any animals trained to assist people with disabilities are welcome inside all theatres and restaurants.

Please ask staff for assistance with receivers which are available from the Concert Hall and Opera Theatre cloak rooms and in the Drama Theatre, Playhouse and The Studio foyers.

Lots of stairs so find the lifts. Have a drink at the bar afterwards. Great production!! Crowded with Ubers arriving so go early

To purchase tickets from Viator programs is very convenient. We looked up options from the Sydney Opera House website and bought tickets at this tour program

It was amazing! The Opera House is beautiful and humongous! It is well designed though and easy to maneuver. I had never been to an opera, and wasn't sure I would like it, but I hated to come so close and not get the full experience. I loved it! Maybe not so much the music, but everything put together was very enjoyable. The performance was so emotional! I highly recommend even if you don't think you like opera. A once in a lifetime experience!

The opera house was stunning and LaTraviata was breathtaking. I enjoyed every minute. My seat could not have been better and it was worth every dollar.

Great opportunity to see a Great Opera in a Grand Venue. First night in Sydney, joining the Royal Princess the next morning on a trip around New Zealand.
