3.00We initially were told one meeting point and then told another. Additionally when we got there, we were told that we were on the other list.Poorly planned and ran late. Did more waiting for late people although they kept reminding people to be on time. The time spent at the places was unorganized and tour operator male was very rude. Would not recommend this tour. No reason for this tour to be that long. Left tour early and took train back to Milan.

3.00We had two guides one was fab, thanks Simone, the other rude, grumpy and acted like it was the last place on earth he wanted to be! A full day, hard work in the heat but was enjoyable anyway. My one big negative was no comfort breaks, or opportunity to use the washroom until on the boat a few hours in. And no more until Como a long drive later. Also no water provided, or chances to purchase. I have been given water on the coach on other tours in similar temperatures, or at least had stops to buy drinks. This would have been a huge plus!!

4.00We really enjoyed the day. Our guide was Sara and she did a great job keeping everyone on track in a pleasant way. David was the driver and he also did a great job. We really enjoyed Bellagio and the boat ride but were a little tired by the time we hit Como.

1.00Out of a 12 hour trip (from our too early hotel pickup when we were dumped on the pavement to wait for 40 minutes for the bus) we had under 4 hours of tourism. The incredibly packed bus meant that views of the lake were only afforded to those on the right hand side of the bus (not us!). Similarly the boat was over full with seating for only a third of the passengers. The guide was brusque, even rude, and gave us very little background information. We were frogmarched to the meeting points and left to our own devices. We felt like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. In retrospect, we would have been better off if we had taken the train and organised our own boat trip. I will be avoiding this tour company in future and suggest that Viator does likewise since guests are sidelined in pursuit of profit.
