4.00A trip to Lake Como is a must while in Milan however doing it yourself could be a hassle so I have decided to join this tour. I t started in the morning at 8am at Milan Central Station and we arrived back at 7pm. The places and historical facts were interesting and our tour guides were OK. Loved the time spent at Bellagio.

5.00All I can say is WOW! This was the perfect way to spend the day in Lake Como. It’s a long day but so worth it! It’s a large size group, but was divided between two buses so it wasn’t too overwhelming, you have a good mixed of guided and free time and most importantly, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We chose the pickup option and the driver was late, which wasn’t communicated to us, but overall an AMAZING experience.

4.00It’s a good trip, a bit long but have so many chances to relax and enjoy the free time. Our tour guide Sara was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly. The driver Mari was very good driver you feel safe with him driving. The tour was good and organized. Como, Bellagio were beautiful and the boat rides were great

3.00Directions for the meeting point were inaccurate. Said the meeting point was the tour center which was closed upon arrival. Luckily, asked around and was guided to bus stop nearby. When we arrived the check in people were extremely rude. I had small coffee with lid in my hand as it was pouring rain and they wouldn’t let me on the bus with it (albeit the bus had cup holders). After 30 minutes into the bus ride, they finally asked for our name to check us in. Tour was said to be in English but it was both in Spanish and English (should have been disclosed). The initial boat ride was uncomfortable as too many people were stuffed in one boat. Overall it was an expensive shuttle service. If you are looking for actual tour, this is not it.

4.00An audio-guide in French was offered, but in fact not, only in Spanish and English. For French it was necessary to make an internet download beforehand. Perfect hotel pickup. Bus a little too air conditioned... Note that the two young female guides who accompanied us were charming and effective throughout the day's tour, despite the language handicap.
