When sea conditions are safe, the captain may allow a stop at one beach. Lover’s Beach is possible during calm seas; if conditions are rougher, Pelican Beach or El Balconcito offer safer, sheltered options.
Pro tip: Let the captain know during the tour if you’d like to go ashore. Final decisions are always based on real-time sea conditions for your safety.

4.00I highly recommend the Esperanza tour company, all their personnel were excellent and provided friendly, outstanding service. From the shuttle driver to the boat captain, they are an awesome and well organized organization. The only hiccup was minor and not Esperanza's fault. We are staying in a condo not listed in the drop down list of pick up locations, but a block away from a listed hotel, so we picked the hotel as our pick up location. Although we had successfully walked to the hotel lobby a few days prior to the tour, on the tour day the gate guard would not let us wait outside the main lobby area. So we had to wait outside the main gate but the Esperanza driver was very understanding and handled the situation after checking in with his colleague. Many thanks to him for his professionalism.

5.00We went on the glass bottom boat tour to the arches and had a beautiful time! The weather was perfect, our boat was fun and safe and the driver who picked us up at our hotel and drove us around for the day was so sweet and accommodating! His name was Edgar and I would 100% rebook this experience with him and this company!

5.00This excursion was perfect. Giovanni was a great tour guide. The boat ride was lovely and everyone there made us feel safe and gave us a good time. The tequila tasting was delicious and a great detour. Shopping went well and we asked Giovanni where we could get a good churro and he took us to the perfect spot. Would definitely recommend!
