5.00Overall, it was an amazing experience traveling to Halong Bay especially with the guidance of Andy(the Manager). Crew members were so friendly, food options were great and tasty. Room is a 5 star hotel rating! Perfect for a family and couple. I highly recommend this company and the Manager(Andy). Thank you do much!

5.00Great food, animation, friendly staff. But they shouldn’t demand the payment of spots already present on the sheets under the pretext that they are new (and already were). They have a policy of warning that one cannot stain sheets and towels... It is one thing to clean your shoes and another thing that your nose bleeds or you have an incident! They charge dearly, not at local laundry rates... I don't see that as logical.
