Driver was waiting at the airport and text me a picture of his location. He loaded and unloaded our bags and drove amazing in the city. A great experience that we will use again.

My flight's arrival was late due to a delay, and the driver, Victor, was a little late also (due to NYC) traffic so I waited at LaGuardia until he called me to let me know he had arrived. He was a terrific person - knowledgeable about the city, and very personable.
An hour wasted driving round the terminal at JFK

Arrived at JFK and had to call Go Shuttle to find out where the driver was. Eventually found him after a call. Taken to the vehicle and the inside of the vehicle had a strong smell of smoking.Driver then went to 2 other terminals to collect other passengers. Then went back to our original terminal to collect further passengers. By this time we had been in the vehicle for over an hour and still at JFK. It took a further 2 hours to get to our hotel in New York. The driver was unfriendly throughout. Have used Go Shuttle before with no issue but on this occasion it was a bad experience. I only hope our return journey will be better.

The driver was friendly and helpful. The instructions in the email did not match what we had to do to get ahold of our driver. The link we were sent did not work so I had to call the help desk to get ahold of our driver. After this, it was a fine ride. The instructions needed to be more accurate and specific.

The directions say to use courtesy phones at welcome center. They were not working. The directions need to also state to go to the parking garage. Not just terminal arrivals shuttle bus area.

The driver was 45 minutes late picking us up from the airport. I would like to offer him some grace for traffic; however- the wait after n early morning flight was unacceptable.

Nothing in the directions to use the voucher from LGA were correct. Nothing. They need to update the directions to the reality of what each terminal has at LGA. I ended up just getting an Uber.

I waited for over an hour for transportation. Apparently someone put me down as a "no show". I was a couple of different reason why this mishap occurred. When my transportation finally arrived, it was not the vehicle that I was told to be looking for.
