There was one other passenger besides my wife & I. The driver was very cordial and friendly. The ride itself was pleasurable.

Our drive Mohammad was wonder and very pleasant. Our problem was with the Company. Very poor communication. Did not tell us where the pick up was going happen. We finally got picked up 1 1/2 hours after our arrival. And with help of several people at the LaGuardia airport.

We waited over an hour. After the initial call we were told to go outside on level two.... they failled to tell us that we needed to walk thru the terminal to the car ride area. after an hour we called and were told that the last car (at 7pm ) would be there in another 15-20 minutes..... we ended up taking a taxi which was cheaper even with a 20% tip
