Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

Our flight ended up being three hours late and Jared the driver was very accommodating. We waited only minutes for him to come pick us up. His car was clean. His driving skills were very good and it was a hassle free experience.
Best ride to Manhattan that I’ve ever had. Ask for Sue!

The whole experience was easy. Sue not only texted with us after we arrived but was able to pick us up right where we exited baggage claim. I have had a few cars drive me from the airport to manhattan but Sue was by far the best driver yet.

Somehow, the driver had the incorrect time of the flight arrival, so he wasn't there when we were ready to leave the airport, however, after contacting him, he was able to get to the airport pretty quickly (within 30 minutes) to pick us up. He also didn't have the meet and greet sign that I paid an extra $15 for, but I'm not sure where the blame falls there. Hopefully I can get a refund for that. Overall, the driver was great and professional and got us safely to our accommodations. The minibus was also very clean, comfy, and was spacious enough for all 10 of us and our luggage!

Driver communicated exactly where to meet, sending a picture of his car, license plate and a picture of where to go in the airport to find him. We had never been to this airport before so that was very helpful!

Easy pickup at airport and a great ride to the port! Contacted us about pickup spot as soon as we landed. Dropped us right next to luggage so didn't have to drag bags around.
