2.00Wouldn't turn AC up when asked had to ask multiple times. Driving was not good got us car sick asked him to switch lanes

2.00Was fairly disappointed but wasn’t the worst. Wish I would’ve read the reviews better before purchasing. I originally thought it’d be cheaper than a Rideshare app, it wasn’t. Was actually about $10 more expensive. Thankfully I read the small print because I surely would’ve been waiting like an idiot. You have to call dispatch once you get your luggage. It was a short walk to the waiting area. We waited about 10+ minutes for our car. It was supposed to be a Toyota first, then switched to a Honda. The car was old, pretty beat up, and not a luxury black car as I was expecting. The driver wasn’t full of much personality. About 5 minutes in, he informed me of a toll and his tip. Ok RUDE! Having worked in hospitality myself, I NEVER told someone they had to tip me. I quickly cancelled my return trip because I wasn’t about to be disrespected or taken advantage of again. No thank you. Ultimately, we got to our destination safely. However, the driver dropped us off across the street from our hotel and told us to walk across the street, a busy street at that. With our luggage, with my child, who has mobility issues. It just rubbed me the wrong way. For that price, he should’ve given front door service.
