  Very courteous and safe driver! We were picked up very quickly and the driver immediately took our luggage and loaded it carefully.

  Not thrilled with the service from Carmel Car & Limo.was picked up at the airport with a beat-up min-van that had duct tape holding the fender on with. The vehicle was dirty, had kids toys all over and smelled VERY HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. I had arranged for a return ride but cancelled it do to this experience.

  Pick up was prompt, ride was smooth and as advertised. Driver was polite and helpful. Though he did drop us a block from the hotel.

  Safe and reliable transportation. Didn’t take long to get from airport to hotel. I was able to begin my NYC experience earlier than planned.

  Driver arrived promptly after calling but it was a tough ride. I would not use this option again in the future. The van smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. We had to open the windows on our drive to Manhattan in 30* weather just to breathe. There also were no seatbelts in the rear three seats for my kids during the ride. This seems like a safety issue. When we asked the driver about the lack of seatbelts, he seemed unfazed and unconcerned.

  Viator was great to work with. The driver we had was a little rude. But the experience and getting from airport to hotel was a breeze and was the best for a family of 6.

  Very late for pick up, car was dirty! Had to call main office to obtain status which was very inconvenient given it was extremely cold
