Car didnt show up at the airport. Ive asked for a refund. System is poorly organised. Easier to just get a cab.

Driver was rude. I am visiting from another country and the driver kept saying i should only speak English. I did not understand much of what he said because he was not originally from the US. Rude, judgmental and will never use this service again.

I was picked up in a car that didn’t look anything like the cars advertised. And once we got to our destination. The driver told us there’s a construction fee we needed to pay. This was never disclosed to us prior to trip. I felt scammed

Make sure you get to the destination pick up point and call to confirm. Transportation was not on site and was told that they would be there in 7 to 10 minutes after contacting the office

Car service was excellent. Very easy to set up and was a stress free ride from the airport to my hotel. Will definitely book again next time I come to NYC.
