  Communication with the tour operator was very good. Totally loved the experience with the Huskies. We were provided with a lot of information about the dogs and after our sled ride we had lots of time to pat the dogs. The staff were very friendly.

  Pleasant tour. Very courteous staff. Everything is perfect. The only pity in my opinion is the price: for a tour of the kennel and some chat 90 € per person are a little too much. For the rest wonder

  Fantastic experience, guides who talk about the huskies with a lot of love and knowledge! The dogs are super sweet. But that can not be otherwise when you see with how much commitment and love, the dogs are approached.

  The Bearhill Husky Farm experience was amazing! The staff were wonderful and taught us so much about the dogs and how they manage them all. The dogs were beautiful and being pulled by the dogs was so great. We also got to hold 3 week old puppies! We loved it and will definitely go back if we come back to Rovaniemi.

  We visited the Bearhill Husky kennel on our trip through the Finnish countryside. The two-hour tour was full of great experiences with the dogs, both adults and very small ones. The owner of the station personally took care of us and introduced us to the life of caring for a hundred dogs. We can highly recommend including a dog sled ride.

  Amazing experience, the dogs are incredible and full of pure joy, the staff friendly and helpful, the ride was short, but definitely enjoyable. I was also lucky enough to be the only visitor that day, so I got all the attention in the world (it also took me by surprise that my reservation wasn't canceled because of it). There was an option to change the footwear (that was really nice) as well as wear some spare clothes (I didn't need it). Had a chance to greet so many dogs from the older ones to those that were just a couple of weeks old at the time. The Chimney story is something you don't hear everyday (or ever 😅). My personal favorite part (it was a very difficult decision, as I liked everything so much) was getting to know the younger puppies (about 3 months old) - their energy is contagious. The transfer was helpful as well. Respect to the owner and the team for welcoming me even without a group, I hope to see you again one day!

  So fun and interesting! Learning about the dogs, and sledging across the frozen lake - wonderful. Warm juice and cookies at the end was the icing on the cake. I'd been dog sledding in Colorado - which was great - but this was much better. More time on the sledge, beautiful, huge lake, learned much more about the dogs and mushers. Everyone was very friendly, informative, and professional. Highly recommend.

  Summer is Lapland is quite a different tale than in winter: all of the tours and recommendations are for winter only. However, I was really happy to find some intriguing summer tours like this one. The guide was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and obviously not only a canine expert but a caring and loving individual, catering to the dogs' well-being. As a huge animal lover, it is important for me to avoid cruel animal practice, but this is the exact opposite. Huskies are vocal and want to run, so you're greeted with a rendering of husky opera when you arrive. :)) We weren't able to participate in a run - which I appreciate since the well-being of dogs comes first - but we were able to cuddle with the newborn puppies, which was the world's cutest experience. We enjoyed hearing stories about dogs, their individual personalities, and maintenance. Overall, an awesome way to spend the day. Keep up the good work!

  We had a great tour of the husky farm. Betty showed us around and told us everything about working with the dogs. It was very informative and interesting to learn about the special characteristics of each animal. We were allowed to go into the exercise area with some of the dogs and pet them. Even without a sleigh ride, Bear Hill is worth a visit! I can really recommend it. Many thanks to Betty for this personal tour!

Betty, the manager and trainer at Bearhill, provides informative insights about the lives, work, and personalities of the Huskies. She has incredible passion for her "dog children" and knows each Husky's specific characteristics. It's touching to see her and other staff build profound bonds and connections with the Huskies, showcasing genuine affection beyond species barriers. To me, this tour is not just about entertainment or fun, but a spiritual experience fostering an intimate relationship with the Huskies. You can feel them respond to you, and the interaction creates a lifetime memory that reminds me of love. We were so lucky to have Betty and the other generous staff as our guides at Bearhill. Every 5-star review is authentic, reflecting the wonderful experiences we had during our tour. My five-year-old son was even reluctant to leave and cried because he wanted to stay with the Huskies. If you have kids and love dogs, don't hesitate to book an event at Bearhill. I guarantee you won't regret it and will want to return because you'll miss them so much.
