5.00Very good, personal and informational morning tour + boat ride. Our tour guide, Isabella was knowledgable and friendly. Only the 4 to group so it was just us. Explored areas and learned things we would not have otherwise. Thought about forgoing the boat ride but really glad we did not! Don’t recommend skipping that part. Also got rose shaped gelato cones across the street when we got off the boat. Did the tour + boat ride and were done by 230pm to do our own thing. Perfect pace for us, not rushed trying to jam it all in.

She provided the perfect blend of historical information and today’s perspective on the city, making the experience both educational and engaging. Her knowledge of Lucerne’s history, culture, and landmarks was impressive, and she delivered everything in a way that kept the group interested throughout the tour. Florence’s passion for the city truly came through, and she made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We left with a much deeper appreciation for Lucerne and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Switzerland!

5.00Laszo did a great job of giving my wife and me a good overview of Lucerne. There was an issue with the follow on boat trip tickets and he took care of that quickly. He also is very good of answering questions from people in the tour. Definitely a 5 star tour.

5.00Sarah was a wonderful guide! We did the walking and boat tour and was with my mom and sister and ended up getting our guide all to ourselves! She was lovely and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend doing this your first day in town to get to know the location for the rest of your trip.

5.00The tour took us to areas where we would have not found in our own. The information provided was interesting and straight forward vs a ton of dates and history. I thought that booking a walking and boat tour would have a guild on the boat tour but this is not the case. The guild simply pointed out the dock and times the boat left. The boat was nice however.

5.00Isabella was a wonderful tour guide. She was very knowledgeable of the city's history and allowed us time to explore each stop. She kept a reasonable walking pace. She told us the times that we could do the Boat Tour part of the activity which you do without the Isabella. The boat ride was okay though we wouldn't pay to do just the boat ride again.
