Inform them that you are being picked up by "Provide Name of Company" for the "PRIVATE CAR SERVICE" and let them know your destination. 2. Please note that cars are not permitted in the pickup area unless specifically requested by the guest. 3. The airport dispatcher will contact the driver to come down from the parking lot. 4. The airport dispatcher will then direct guests to the designated waiting area for their cars. 5.
