3.00Information was not clear on exactly where to meet the guide. Had to call Viator to help. I believe I put in the notes that my husband is extremely tall and the car was a small sedan, with one other couple, and he barely fit. The description says lunch under a canopy. It is not a canopy, it is a lightweight umbrella that the wind kept pulling out of the sand. We were on the beach with a tour group from a cruise ship. The guide from the cruise ship tour took our umbrella and said she was going to bring back a heavy duty umbrella. After 20 minutes in the sun, my husband went over to where the vehicles were parked and all the guides were standing around smoking and talking, and he asked for an umbrella. The beach is right by the airport, so planes are flying overhead every few minutes. Bright side is the food is good and the wine is excellent. Our driver was very nice and gave us some history of the island

5.00My friend and I loved the picnic. The food was outstanding; the wine was excellent. The beach is very nice. It rained a bit off and on, but the staff provided large umbrellas and the weather ultimately cleared. I highly recommend the picnic.

5.00Shirley picked my husband and I up earlier today at the Celebrity port in Phillipsburg. She was extremely warm and an amazing conversationalist. Our private picnic lunch was delicious and a thoughtfully laid out setting under a canopy. The beach was stunning and we swam with a turtle. We look forward another tour with Shirley.

5.00Our tour guide Alex was absolutely phenomenal! Our picnic was absolutely beautiful and during our private picnic, I popped the question to my now fiancé! Alex was happy to make the rest of the day all about us after hearing the news and took us all over the island to see anything we wanted to see and he told us all about the history of the island as well. The nickname of St Martin is the “Friendly Island” and Alex was a perfect example of their nickname! We loved spending the day with Alex and appreciated everything he did for us to make our special day even more perfect. I would highly recommend this excursion for anyone looking for a special and intimate experience on the island. We made 6 stops during our cruise and this was by far our favorite stop and favorite excursion!
