Once you land in Sydney, please Switch your mobile on. You will receive a text message from your chauffeur advising on where to meet. Once you have your luggage, please contact the chauffeur and advise that you have your luggage. Your Chauffeur will park and meet you inside the terminal at this point, and assist you with your luggage to our luxury vehicle. You will be taken to your hotel of choice. During your trip to your hotel, feel free to ask our chauffeur about best restaurants, and what to do around Sydney. We are more than happy to give you some ideas. You will be dropped at your hotel.

5.00Excellent communication with company and driver. Driver Bob was waiting when we exited baggage claim and customs and had texted us prior to our arrival. He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional and an excellent driver. He helped with our luggage and gave us a brief orientation of the area around our hotel and suggestions of things to do. Very much appreciated having a friendly, helpful and professional waiting for us after traveling almost 2 days to get here. Would highly recommend this company and driver Bob. He was great! Thanks so much for wonderful service. We will definitely use you again if we ever get back to Sydney.

3.00The company knew the amount of luggage we had yet still sent a sedan. The driver was texting and phoning whilst we were still in customs and immigration when Air New Zealand clearly state use of phones in this area is illegal. The driver was then nowhere to be seen. In the UK drivers wait with a board with your name on it, simple but it effective rather than having to be a detective. Driver then moaned about baggage and I had to instruct him how to load it efficiently. I am hoping the return journey to the airport today is better

5.00The driver Eli was waiting at the airport when we arrived. He handled all the luggage directly to the car Eli was very friendly and talked with us and explained things around the area as he drove and also gave us recommendations for various spots to visit or eat. Eli dropped us at the entry to the hotel and explained if we needed any further car service we can call his location.
