We will talk about the construction of Lyon as Lugdunum, the capital of the Gauls during the Roman Empire. I will present the history of the basilica of Fourvière, and then we will discover the inside of the Cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste.

5.00Quentin is an excellent guide!!! From the very 1st moment I booked this tour he kept us informed of little details like the meeting point and time and even went onto suggest other places we should visit whilst in Lyon. Closer to the date he sent us a WhatsApp message with a reminder and gave us a way to contact him if we were unable to find him or the meeting point. He was kind and friendly to everyone, answering all our questions and even had spare umbrellas to handout during slight drizzles. We learnt so much from Quentin on this tour.

5.00Wonderful tour! It was so informative and added so much value to our trip to Lyon. I have never booked tours before because they seem so expensive. This was so affordable and accessible to everyone. It was well paced, and just the right amount of time. I would go again. We will look him up for his other tours.

5.00Did the tour for the old part of the city. Went through the trouble passageways, saw Cathederal, had pastry from guide. Old section close to newer Rue Republic street. Passages fascinating as was the old town. Lots of interesting places to shop and eat. Couple of pubs as well. One Irish and one US. Great day
