Travelers must arrive in Cusco city at least one day before the day tour to Machu Picchu. The Machu Picchu authorities do not accept travel date modifications on the admission ticket.
MANDATORY: TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND ONLY VALID FOR THE PERSON WHO TAKES THE TOUR WITH THE DATA THAT WAS USED IN THE RESERVATION

The tour starts by picking you up from your hotel early in the morning (from 05: 30 to 06: 30 am approx.) From the city of Cusco, you will travel to Ollantaytambo train station for one and a half hours in a private car. Afterwards, board the tourist train to Machu Picchu village (1.40 minutes tour) where our transfer will be waiting for you with the name of the company.
Aguas Calientes
Once you reach Aguas Calientes, board a bus to Machu Picchu where your guide will share all the necessary information about this world wonder. This tour will last approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, enough time to take all the necessary photos.

5.00Its a long day but totally worth it. The trip was very well organized with the tour company walking you thru every step of the excursion. Our tour guide at Machu Picchu, Miguel, was outstanding Visiting Machu Picchu is an experience you will never forget and this company made it a smooth process

5.00The whole team was seamless, professional and above and beyond what we expected. This is a very long day, so pack snacks and a book or podcast! We left our hotel at 5am and got back around 10:45pm… it was worth it tho! The history, the views, train everything was fun!

5.00What else can you say about Machu Picchu? It is overwhelmingly awesome. The guided tour and transportation made for a very long day but it was worth it. Yes, you can book your own ticket, and transportation but it was great to have everything provided. Our tour guide was very patient and helpful, Gave us plenty of breaks, and was knowledgeable about all things Machu Picchu. Expect a very long day with lots of down time.

5.00The trips organisation was excellent from start to finish. Lots of people involved and they were all excellent. Only complaint is that my wife and I were not seated together on the train and we had to ask passengers if they would move so we could sit together. I expected better from someone booking tickets for me but ended okay so no major issue.
The tour was awesome. We would love to book with TripAdvisor again in the future.

5.00We booked early so we were able to avail Circuit 2. Our tour guide Rolly was very knowledgeable and helpful to our group. He gave us lots of information about Machu Picchu and was our photographer most of the time.

5.00This was such an amazing experience! The tour was extremely well organized we were in great hands throughout. Machu Picchu itself was absolutely phenomenal and truly exceeded my very high expectations going in! One of the reasons was our guide Miguel who was amazing - he was so knowledgeable, engaging and kind. He was also a great photographer! Everything else about the tour was top notch too. From the seamless hotel pickup and drop off at the train station in Ollantaytambo with an excellent driver to an amazing train journey on the Peru Rail train and being met at Aguas Calientes station and given excellent lunch recommendations - all of it was perfect! While it is a big cost commitment - getting to experience Machu Picchu and receiving such a high standard from the experience truly make this great value for money. Highly recommended!!!
