This was the best tour I’ve ever been on. This tour company had a person waiting for me at each point to eliminate any stress. The guide was knowledgeable. I still can’t believe how smooth everything went. Well done team!!!

Hector was my guide and he was phenomenal. So kind and personable with lots of history and facts to share. I got lucky and was actually the only one on the tour! He also take the BEST pictures! The only hiccup there was, was the pickup time at the beginning of the day. I was dressed and ready to go at 6am waiting outside, and when I called after a few minutes of waiting I was told I wasn't being picked up til 7:15am. Could have gotten an extra hour of sleep if the pickup times would have been communicated to me correctly.

Only complaint was they told us 3:30am pickup at our hotel, but didn’t show up till 4:30am. That extra hour would have been nice! Otherwise it was good. 1-1/2 hour van ride to train station, 1-1/2 train ride followed by 1/2 hour bus. Good communication at each point, and our tour guide at Machu Picchu was good. Reverse process to go back to Cusco. FYI, we took Perú Rail going up and Inca Rail coming back, Peru Rail was much nicer.

Everything was prefect except the local tour guide at Machu Pichu ( I think his name is Herman). He was kind of rushing and we could have a better time if we had someone with better interaction capabilities.
