Once we arrive to Machu Picchu we will have a guided tour for 3 hours more or less. We will walk 15 minutes uphill to the highest and best lookout of the Inca citadel, from that place we will take all the Nat Geo famous postcard photos of you and your loved ones. Then we will have an interesting explanation about Machu Picchu. We will show you old pictures of the discovery of Machu Picchu and we will explore the citadel from corner to corner. You will have a guided tour visiting the farming area of Machu Picchu, the main temples and altars, the emperor's house, the Intiwatana sundial, the royal mausoleum, the temple of the three windows, the festival plazas, the sacred rock and the temple of the condor. Finally we will leave in Aguas Calientes.

5.00The tour was informative and well paced. The guide, Eric, provided information not only to the historical significance of Machu Picchu, highlighting its architecture and archeological importance. While waiting for the fog to clear, conversation flowed easily as Eric provided insights to the socioeconomic situation of Peru in the twenty-first century. This provides a glimpse into the local lives that allows one to understand deeper on the customs, culture and diversity of the community. This is much appreciated to be able to understand more about Peru as a nation in the modern world.

5.00Eric was an absolutely amazing and knowledgeable tour guide! My friends and I asked him a bunch questions throughout the tour, and he had an answer for everything. He explains things so clearly and truly made us appreciate Machu Picchu on a deeper level. He also knew all the best photo spots, and even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we still left with amazing pictures. If you haven’t booked your tour with Eric yet, do it!

5.00Our tour was amazing and Eric, our guide, was awesome. His love, respect, and knowledge of Machu Picchu was tremendous. He really made our time enjoyable and memorable. Like others mentioned, he took some amazing photos as well!

5.00We marked on the time and worked out. We met at the entrance of Machu Picchu, after we combined by whatsapp. The Guia Diego is very experienced and provided an incredible experience, with explanations and made our beautiful photos. We think that without a guide the visit would lose a lot.

5.00From the moment I reached out to Eric from Incago Expeditions, to the time we took the train back to Cusco, they were there to help, every step of the way! Eric answered all my many questions and replied back quickly. With his help, we decided to do a circuit 2 tour to Machu Picchu in an afternoon, spend the night in Aguas Calientes, and do Circuit 3 in the morning. We arrived at 12:15. Incago Expeditions had a representative there to pick us up at the train station. She took us to our hotel, we dropped off our stuff & she whisked us away to the bus stop. She got us on the bus & told us Juan would meet us at the top. Juan met us in Machu Picchu. It was so beautiful!! I cried! Juan was an excellent tour guide! He was so passionate and knowledgeable about this culture and his heritage. He went at our pace and never rushed us. He took time to answer all of our questions. He was a strong arm to lean as we navigated the sometimes very steep stone staircases. He was also an excellent photographer, ensuring that we had lots of amazing pictures to remember our adventures by. When the tour was over, he rode the bus down the mountain with us and made sure we got off safely. The next morning, very early, Eric picked us up at our hotel & we were off to Machu Picchu again! It was raining, but had stopped by the time we got to Machu Picchu. It was gorgeous, surrounded by the early morning mists. Eric was a great guide. He also was a strong, steady hand & shared his knowledge about Machu Picchu with us. We saw & learned different things. He was also patient, letting me stop & pet all the 🐕 🐶 dogs! When you go to Machu Picchu, you absolutely should take a guide! We would have missed so much & not gained the knowledge we did about this spectacular architectural site & the people who built it without Juan & Eric. Don't hesitate! Book with Incago tours! You will be so happy you did!

5.00I highly recommend this tour as a way to get the most out of your time at MP. Especially with Tour Guide Eric 👍. All the logistics of experiencing MP are taken care of by the Company. Bus tickets and entrance fee, which was vital to me. The views and history of MP are a once in a lifetime experience, however, Eric’s Knowledge, expertise of and connection with the Incan people made my trip out of this world. He was patient when explaining everything and took the time to fully answer my questions. Never felt rushed. You have come all this way so no need to miss out on all this information. Book this tour.

5.00Good and easy contact. Good organization. Good communication. But above all absolutely great guid. He will not only show you the Machu Piccu and share a lot of information about it but also explain the way of thinking of that people and give you foundation to understand what Machu Piccu was and what it wasn’t.
