Marco was our guide, he did a great job explaining each location. We went at our pace and great photo opportunities. He picked us up at our hotel. A once in a lifetime experience

For me and my son this was an awesome experience. We completed circuit 2 and 3 which are the best two to complete. Circuit 1 is a hit and miss as you are high up and don’t experience the Machu Picchu complex. On Circuit 3 take the option of climbing Waynapicchu which is challenging but if you make it to the top it’s a very rewarding experience. Tickets are super hard to come buy and the train to get from Cuzco to Aguas Calientes is expensive , but the experience is simply awesome and unforgettable. Highly recommended 🥰

The awful experience. We had entrance tickets for 8 am. Due to the time the train from Cuzco took to get to Agua Caliente, we were there at 10:30 am. We were denied entry due to “flow control” which, they claimed” are mandated by UNESCO as the attempt at preservation. Regardless of our explanation that if we were there at 8 we would still be in; we would not leave in just two hours, therefore we would have been part of the crowd that YOU have sold tickets to. And then came the pure THEFT; if we buy new tickets you can get in!!! “So, you are selling tickets on top of the crowd that are already in which we could have been a part of”!!! Reply; “let us look and see at what time slot and which circuit tickets are available.” Lo-and-behold there tickets available for 2 pm. “So we can get in with our tickets we already paid for weeks in advance and if we were here in time we would still be in?” NO!!! “You have to purchase new tickets. UNESCO requires us to do this.” UNESCO requires you to commit theft? A maddening experience all around. I have to add that I had been to Peru and visited Machupichu 10 years earlier and had a great time and that is why I went back again. I love the People of Peru; they are some of the most down to earth people and generally very kind. However, the charlatans who are supposedly “managing” the Machupichu operation have devised various techniques to EXTRACT the MAXIMUM amount of money out of foreign tourists by blaming a UN agency for it.

Wonderful experience! I bought my tickets three months prior to my vacation. My tickets were sent to me two weeks prior. The entire experience from catching the train, the bus to the front gate of Machu Picchu was fairly seamless and easy.

Amazing experience. I also hired a guide who was very good. The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to download the application because otherwise, you can not find the tickets. Out of that all very expeditious.

Initially, it was impossible for me to book a Machu Picchu ticket in advance (more than 2 months ) on the national website ( machupicchu.gob.pe ). I've tried countless times, but only nenni. As you may know, to be sure you have a seat on the day you want, it is best to book well in advance. I have read the same information that I give you, which is to go through Machupicchucenter. The person had been very satisfied with the same service rendered. I decided to go through this agency. I wasn't disappointed. Almost immediate response to my request. Tickets sent on the scheduled date, about a good 15 days after. What is very good is that you can communicate with them by e-mail. Trust me, I am not a guide, but a simple tourist. Congratulations to this very professional agency. Great relief on arrival.

At dawn, the mountains held their breath, Mist unraveling from ancient stone, And there it stood— A city stitched into the sky, Where time forgets to move. Stone steps whispered beneath my feet, Echoes of hands that shaped the sun, Walls aligned with stars and seasons, Each silence heavier than words. The Andes rose like patient guardians, Their shadows cradling the ruins, While clouds drifted through temples As if paying quiet respect. I felt small, yet somehow claimed— A guest in a sacred conversation Between earth and heaven, Where history still breathes. Machu Picchu did not ask to be understood, Only to be felt: In the thin air filling my lungs, In the wind carrying forgotten prayers, In the hum of eternity beneath the stone. I left with dust on my shoes And wonder in my soul, Knowing some places are not visited— They remain, forever, within you.

We booked a last minute trip to Peru for the family and were in need of entry tickets to Machu Picchu with only a few weeks notice. The official ticketing website is so confusing and glitchy, we were unable to find tickets there. We turned to Trip Advisor and found this service. We were a little concerned because we heard about online scams, but trusted the reviews here. Everything went smoothly. It was a fantastic trip.
