We meet at Mandoon Estate Winery in Caversham and launch from Mandoon’s private jetty on the Swan River.
We then paddle slowly down river, taking time to admire the natural beauty and unique flora and fauna of this special, serene, meandering section of the river.
Our journey includes a number of ‘raft up’s’ where we get together ‘mid-stream’ for a chat and a story.
We continue with our paddle arriving at the historical Woodbridge Park where we stop, get out and stretch our legs.
A short paddle back to Mandoon sees us disembarking and walking you up to the Cellar Door to enjoy a well-earned wine tasting, coffee, tea or soft drink.
A great way to end the day.

5.00Such a lovely relaxing way to learn some facts about Perth and the Swan River. The tour guides are great and really make you feel comfortable. Wine tasting was relaxed and informative. Would highly recommend!

5.00An absolutely perfect way to spend a Saturday morning. Although it was an extremely hot day, it was beautiful on the water with the capable team. A fantastic gift from my daughter.

5.00We had a great time kayaking a beautiful part of the river. Our guides, Kyle, Bryan, and Rachel, were excellent. They were very friendly and lovely people who explained everything clearly and provided interesting information about the area's history and wildlife. The pre-tour information was communicated well. All the equipment was in excellent condition, and everything was well-organised and safe but relaxed and fun. The pace of the tour was perfect. Thank you for a very enjoyable morning. 5.00Was a nice gentle kayak with a good bit of history from the lovely boys conducting the tour. We all stayed very dry with the exception of a few drips from the paddle and the jetty was quite hot so I'd say it's a good idea to wear your shoes. Fantastic day out and a great venue to start for lunch and maybe more than a tasting.

5.00Lovely relaxed kayak,we coped without experience & youth on our side!! Great guide.lovely views of river. Very amusing , & good information, on history of settlers to WA. Loved this trip very easy and relaxed, completed with informal wine tasting. Great place to stop & eat.

5.00We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour to family and friends!! We learnt new things, enjoyed some incredible scenery and ended with a delicious wine tasting. Matt and his wife were very friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable! All in all a great time

5.00Fantastic tour! Faultlessly organised, every aspect very professional. Matt is an extremely knowledgeable guide and presents information in an interesting and accessible way. He is also very friendly and personable. Winery was very busy but the tasting was well run and again, superbly organised. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00This is the 3rd Mandoon Winery and Kayak Tour I've been on - each time with different groups of friends who were jealous of missing out on our last trip - and the 5th kayaking trip I've been on with Matt and GoGo Active Tours. Matt always selects a great part of the river to explore and does so much research about the local flora and faun it's great. Doesn't matter how many trips I've been on, I'm always learning about the indigenous and the settlers' history of each region. Not only is it a fun day of exercise in the great outdoors, it's incredibly informative! I keep coming back for more. Thanks Matt. Naomi B

5.00Excellent well organised trip - thoroughly recommended. Beautiful paddle on the Swan, followed by wine tasting at Mandoon. Matt and Sue were super friendly and even though we are a couple in our 70s the paddling was easy and not at all strenuous.
