Today marks the start of our Mardi Himal Trek. Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Pokhara and drive together to the trek's starting point in Dhampus. The drive takes about one hour. Once we reach Dhampus, we will begin our trek to Forest Camp. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, landscapes, and forests. The total distance from Dhampus to Forest Camp is 12 kilometres, and it will take approximately 6 to 7 hours of walking. We will spend the night at a teahouse in Forest Camp.

Today marks the second day of our 4-night, 5-day Mardi Himal Trek from Pokhara. On this day, we will trek from Forest Camp to High Camp. As we make our way to High Camp, we will stop at Low Camp, where we can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The total distance from Forest Camp to High Camp is 8.5 kilometres, and the trek will take approximately 6 to 7 hours. We will spend the night at a teahouse in High Camp.

Mardi Himal Trek
On this day, we will hike to either Mardi Himal Base Camp or Mardi Himal View Point, depending on your preference. Along the way, you will enjoy stunning views of Fishtail, Annapurna, and Hiunchuli. After reaching the View Point or Base Camp, we will trek back to Badal Danda. We will spend the night at a teahouse in Badal Danda.

On this day, we will descend to the picturesque mountain village of Landruk. From Landruk, we can enjoy views of local houses, farmlands, lifestyle of locals, and the stunning sights of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. The journey from Badal Danda to Landruk takes approximately 6 to 7 hours. We will stay overnight at a teahouse in Landruk.

Today marks the end of our 4-night, 5-day Mardi Himal Trek from and to Pokhara. On this final day, we will have a short trek from Landruk to Siwai, which takes approximately one and a half hours. Siwai is our endpoint for the trek. After reaching Siwai, we will drive to your hotel in Pokhara by private Car, Jeep, or Hiace, depending on the group size. Once we arrive at your hotel in Pokhara, our 5-day Mardi Himal Trek will conclude.

5.00We went on the Mardi Himal trek together with Bold Himalaya and had a really great experience. The trek is “short” compared to other treks in Nepal, and we completed it in 5 days. This suited us well, as it meant we didn’t ascend too quickly. The journey to Base Camp was truly beautiful, and we got close to some of the big mountains. We traveled with Pelsa (guide) and Lukendra (porter), who made a great team. We can definitely recommend them both.

5.00I completed the Mardi Himal Comfort Trek with Base Camp Hike in March, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the communication with the manager, Jayaram, was clear, prompt, and highly professional. Everything was perfectly organized, which made the whole trip completely stress-free. On the trek itself, my guide, Mr. Nepal, was exceptional. He took incredible care of me at all times and, thanks to his expertise and supportive attitude, helped me reach the View Point — something I’m not sure I would have managed on my own. What really stood out was the team’s flexibility. Whenever special needs or adjustments came up, they responded quickly and found solutions without any hassle. Overall, I can highly recommend Base Camp Hike to anyone looking for a well-organized, professional, and genuinely friendly trekking experience in Nepal.

5.00My sister and I went on the Khopra Ridge trek. Jayaram (company founder) was exceptional to communicate with and was very responsive and accommodating. On the trek, our guide Lama and porter Bijon were fantastic. We really enjoyed their company and it made the experience all the more rewarding. Lama and Bijon were helpful, well organised, knowledgeable and kind. We shared lovely memories and hope to trek with them again in the future. 💕

Everything was arranged smoothly. Much thanks to Navaraj, our guide, who took excellent care of us. Each evening, he clearly explained the next day’s route and conditions, what to expect which made us feel safe and well prepared. He also paid close attention to our comfort, meals, and overall wellbeing. Thanks Bijon, our porter, who was incredibly kind and hardworking. We are very grateful for his support throughout the trek. 5.00We did the Mardi Himal Base Camp trek and had an excellent experience from start to finish. From our very first email, the founder and CEO Jayaram was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in providing information and support, which made planning the trip completely stress-free. We also booked our transport to Pokhara through the agency, and everything ran smoothly and on time. Our guide Navaraj Nepal and porter Bijon Tamang were absolutely fantastic. They took great care of us throughout the trek, spoke fluent English, and were extremely knowledgeable about the route, culture, and mountains. Compared to other groups we met along the trail, our guide truly stood out. We couldn’t recommend this agency highly enough and are already looking forward to returning to Nepal for another trek with the same crew!

As for Mr. Nepal, Shiva, and Lama, we have nothing but words of gratitude. Mr. Nepal was incredibly generous — he waited for us whenever we needed it, explained every step of our journey, and was always kind and thoughtful. Lama and Shiva were much more than our porters; they were always smiling and sharing once-in-a-lifetime moments with us.
