  I completed the Mardi Himal Comfort Trek with Base Camp Hike in March, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the communication with the manager, Jayaram, was clear, prompt, and highly professional. Everything was perfectly organized, which made the whole trip completely stress-free. On the trek itself, my guide, Mr. Nepal, was exceptional. He took incredible care of me at all times and, thanks to his expertise and supportive attitude, helped me reach the View Point — something I’m not sure I would have managed on my own. What really stood out was the team’s flexibility. Whenever special needs or adjustments came up, they responded quickly and found solutions without any hassle.   My sister and I went on the Khopra Ridge trek. Jayaram (company founder) was exceptional to communicate with and was very responsive and accommodating. On the trek, our guide Lama and porter Bijon were fantastic. We really enjoyed their company and it made the experience all the more rewarding. Lama and Bijon were helpful, well organised, knowledgeable and kind. We shared lovely memories and hope to trek with them again in the future. 💕

  Our Mardi Himal trek with Base Camp Hike was such a meaningful and beautiful journey. Jayaram was very supportive from the start — always quick to reply and very patient with all our questions. Everything was arranged smoothly. Much thanks to Navaraj, our guide, who took excellent care of us. Each evening, he clearly explained the next day’s route and conditions, what to expect which made us feel safe and well prepared. He also paid close attention to our comfort, meals, and overall wellbeing. Thanks Bijon, our porter, who was incredibly kind and hardworking. We are very grateful for his support throughout the trek. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed every moment. There is no doubt in the future we will have more trekking with Base Camp Hike.   We did the Mardi Himal Base Camp trek and had an excellent experience from start to finish. From our very first email, the founder and CEO Jayaram was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in providing information and support, which made planning the trip completely stress-free. We also booked our transport to Pokhara through the agency, and everything ran smoothly and on time. Our guide Navaraj Nepal and porter Bijon Tamang were absolutely fantastic. They took great care of us throughout the trek, spoke fluent English, and were extremely knowledgeable about the route, culture, and mountains. Compared to other groups we met along the trail, our guide truly stood out. We couldn’t recommend this agency highly enough and are already looking forward to returning to Nepal for another trek with the same crew!

  We really wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for making our dream come true. We had been planning this trip for months, and you always helped us with every question and doubt we had. You’ve always been so kind, and that made me trust you and your company completely. As for Mr. Nepal, Shiva, and Lama, we have nothing but words of gratitude. Mr. Nepal was incredibly generous — he waited for us whenever we needed it, explained every step of our journey, and was always kind and thoughtful. Lama and Shiva were much more than our porters; they were always smiling and sharing once-in-a-lifetime moments with us. We felt safe and cared for at all times — from the planning stage to the very last minute — and that’s what truly matters most to us.

  Hello everyone! My name is Stan, and together with my wife, I had an amazing journey to Nepal with Base Camp Hike. We took a private tour on the Mardi Himal Trek, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide and porter were extremely professional, communicative, and friendly. Throughout the entire five-day trek, we didn’t encounter a single problem. Nepal impressed us as a fascinating, beautiful, and very safe country. I would also like to mention the company’s owner, who fulfilled all our agreements 100%. We’ve decided to come back next year for another trek because we were extremely satisfied with the service.   Had an amazing time trekking mardi himal with base camp hike. I organised the trip with Jayaram, who was really relaxed and super helpful in arranging the hike. Then I met my guide Navaraj Nepal who picked me up from my accommodation so we could begin the hike. Navaraj was fantastic and I had such a fun time hiking with him, he was really caring and attentive while also sharing jokes the whole time. He made sure we had the best accomodation and sorted out all the food/everything I needed at the tea houses. He was really kind also to others we encountered. The day we hiked to the top it was really rainy with bad visibility, and Navaraj advised the best plan. He stayed up all night waiting for the rain to pass, woke me when it was time, and despite leaving later in the morning we were able to see unbelievable views of Annapurna, Mardi Himal and Fishtail. Many other solo trekkers and guided groups had missed this view and we passed them on the way up, so I am extremely grateful I had Nepal Dai to offer guidance. It was quite clear that trekking with a guide was a much safer and more seamless experience, so I would highly recommend booking through Base Camp Hike to find a good guide.
