Jardin Majorelle

We star our journey with an importante visit of the Botanical garden and artist's landscape garden in Marrakech, It was created by the French Orientalist artist, Jacques Majorelle back in 1923, and was only opened to the public in 1947. Starting in 1923, and features a Cubist villa designed by the French architect, Paul Sinoir in the 1930s. There is also the new museum of Yves Saint Laurent around the corner, a very well-curated museum and an opportunity to see YSL's brilliance and attention to detail up close. And the gift shop has a great selection of items at all price points. Together with Jardin Majorelle, It is a perfect highlight of Marrakech

After , we continue our visite by the The Berber Museum, inaugurated in 2011 under the High Patronage of His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of Morocco, is housed in the former painting studio of the artist Jacques Majorelle. It presents a panorama of the extraordinary creativity of the Berbers (Imazighen), the most ancient people of North Africa. More than 600 objects, collected from the Rif Mountains to the Sahara by Pierre Bergé and Yves Saint Laurent, attest to the richness and diversity of this vibrant culture, which is still very much alive today

    Guide ABDELFATAH was amazing!! Professional person, approachable. He gave us few times time alone to look around the suck, the Jardine which it was great! He explained everything really good. We'll never forget him. We really recommend him for your tour in Marrakesh!
