Bahia Palace
Built in the late 19th century, Bahia Palace is a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture. As you explore its peaceful courtyards, detailed zellige tilework, carved cedar wood ceilings, and lush gardens, your guide will share stories about the grand vizier who built it and the royal lifestyle of that period. After visiting the palace, you will continue through the winding streets of the medina toward the historic Ben Youssef Madrasa.

5.00We have an absolutely unforgettable experience during my visit to the medina and souks of Marrakech with a local guide. From the beginning, the guide was very welcoming, professional and passionate about his city. Thanks to him, I was able to discover places I would never have found alone. The medina is a real maze, full of life, colors and traditions. The guide explained the history of the place, the architecture, as well as the local customs, which made the tour even more enriching. In the souks, I was impressed by the diversity of products: spices, carpets, crafts, clothes... Every alley had something unique to offer. What I particularly appreciated was the guide’s ability to tailor the tour to my interests. He also gave me valuable advice on negotiating prices and avoiding tourist traps. 5.00Our experience in the Medina was, frankly, the best decision we made for our trip. Within moments of starting, it was clear that walking with a guide was far better than trying to navigate the "labyrinthe" of alleys on our own. The medina is overwhelming, but our guide was skilled at steering us away from tourist traps and into the authentic, hidden corners. Book this best tour!

The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city’s history and culture. Walking through the narrow streets and vibrant markets felt much more enjoyable and less overwhelming thanks to their guidance. 5.00Highly recommend taking this tour on one of your first days visiting Marrakech. Our guide not only showed us around the city and souks but also showed us points of reference so we would be able to place ourselves while we explored on our own during the rest of our trip. Not only did he take us to some great shops but we even got to see some aspects of everyday life in Marrakech like the communal ovens. So interesting! Take this tour!
