Your day begins in our sheltered woodland fire circle. Herbal teas warm gently over the flames. Blankets and sheepskins invite you to settle in. Surrounded by trees, we open with grounding breathwork and intention setting. Forest Yoga & Guided Meditation On our circular woodland deck, you’ll move through a slow, accessible yoga practice designed to soften the body and quiet the mind. Sensory Reset Workshop In our covered oak workshop space, you’ll explore practical tools for nervous system regulation and stress recovery. Through guided exercises and sensory awareness practices, you’ll gain simple techniques you can carry into daily life. You’ll also create your own personalised aroma blend to take home. Sauna & Cold Water Experience The afternoon deepens with access to our woodland barrel sauna and outdoor cold-water shower. Guided breath cues and gentle encouragement support you as you move between heat and cold, invigorating the body and clearing the mind. This contrast therapy experience adds a powerful physical reset to the emotional and mental calm cultivated throughout the day. We gather once more at the fire circle for reflection and integration.
