We'll start the morning with a guided walk along the scenic Yarra River, winding through bushland trails and quiet riverside paths. Along the way, you'll discover hidden lookouts, local wildlife, and heritage sites that tell the story of Melbourne's early days. At the end of our journey, we'll take a well-deserved Lunch at the iconic Studley Park Boathouse – a beautiful historic building turned into a peaceful riverside café. You’ll enjoy a relaxing lunch here, with a range of delicious options and the calming view of the river and boats passing by.
We’ll pass through one of Australia’s largest urban colonies of flying foxes in their natural habitat. You will encounter up to 50,000 bats alongside the riverbank.

Her passion for nature and the local environment is evident and she shares many interesting stories about wildlife and the history of the region. At the start of the tour, we were captivated by the spectacular views of the Yarra River, with flying foxes hanging from trees. Every trail we explore reveals something new and exciting, from hidden paths to spectacular views of the natural beauty of the area. Chloe has cleverly adapted her route to our group's interest and fitness levels to ensure everyone can get involved and feel valued. What I appreciate most is the perfect combination of adventure and tranquillity. The tranquillity of the hidden trails offers us the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Chloe's guidance makes us feel safe while also allowing us to be completely immersed in nature. Overall, I highly recommend the Yarra Bend Tour to anyone looking for a rich outdoor experience. 5.00We were guided by Chloe on this rather amazing hike, which follows the course of the Yara, and which gives the impression of being in the bush while we are in the middle of town. In particular, we have passed through this colony of bats and we must admit that it is rare to see so many at the same time. Chloe’s explanations were clear, in both English and French. This hike does not present any particular difficulty, and, in my opinion, it is accessible to everyone.
