5.00The tour was what I expected. A bus ride through the city with some history. Sun Studio was great to see. Our driver was nice but did not have the fun personality I am used to when out on a Viator tour. I always use Viator on my trips and have never had any communication issues. However, this time, we almost missed our pick up because there was NO note of our pick up time anywhere on the communications I received. All my communication said the pick up place. And it always stated the 9am start. But, there was nothing that stated we would be picked up at 8:30. Thank God I picked up my phone when called to let me know the shuttle was downstairs waiting and we were actually ready and ran to it! In the future, the pick up time should be clearly stated in the emails sent out over the upcoming days before the event. That has never been a problem in the past in my experience but it certainly could have been a big problem this time.
