• high-speed Miami (except Little Havana)

  In spite of what is announced, all the sightseeing, except at Little Havana, is done while riding in the small bus. And if you are on the wrong side of the car while the guide pinpoints a remarquable feature, and if you like to take films and pictures, you are... disappointed! for instance, during this whole trip, we did not touch (nor see) the sand... To come to sightsee Miami and not to walk neither on Key Biscayne (except a photo with the Miami skyline) nor on Ocean Drive at South Beach, it is a pity. Maybe not staying 40mn at the only true stop, Little Havana, would have spared some time for at least Ocean Drive. They may argue that a whole group of people made it with a 30mn delay, and the same group had to attend a cruise at Biscayne bay after that one; the others did not have to pay the consequences, at least if normally the ad. says that the group is supposed to actually stop at the remarquable places. The guide-driver prepared a good « soundtrack » for the whole excursion though. But I am not sure that the management made the right choice in order to « smooth over rough edges ».

  Jay was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of Miami. We saw a lot of Miami and enjoyed every stop.

• Not As Advertised. But Still Fun.

  We booked a 1:30 time and when we arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, they told us we have been moved to 2:30 without an explanation or asking if that worked for us. Fortunately, we could make 2:30 work so we got on then. The tour only had 3 stops, not 4. The little Havana stop did not include a walking tour, they just got us our coffee sample and said to look around ourselves. It was an hour at this location, which was too much. The street didn’t have much to see or do. Then we went to the art district where we were supposed to have a 30 minute walking tour and we just drove by everything, never even getting out of the car. The guide did talk about the murals but we couldn’t get any good pictures. The other two stops were very brief and just to take a picture at the beach and another location. The guide was really nice and informative in the car. He did a good job.

  Our Miami City Tour with Tyler could not have been better! Incredible knowledge of the area, with several stops of interest. His English/Spanish narration was entertaining & concise, especially noteworthy that he has been on this tour route for just 3 weeks. Kudos for a most enjoyable day...despite the rain!

• Nice overview of Miami if...

  This tour gives a nice overview of Miami if one does not have much time. It gives one an idea of where to go for a deeper exploration depending on one’s interest. Our guide, David, was wonderful! We enjoyed his commentary and accompanying music where appropriate. He was warm, kind, and caring. Michelle, who helped us check in for the tour, was equally welcoming and informative.

  The tour takes place from a large van. Beware if you get car sick. It didn’t last as long as it said it would. Because it was a Monday, most of Little Havana was closed. Wynwood Walls was closed. That was a huge disappointment that should have been told ahead of time. We didn’t even get the chance to get out at South Beach. Do not believe the tour description. It was a disappointment.
