5.00Our tour guide Ellie did a wonderful job telling us about all the sites along the ride to Milford Sound. As an added treat, our driver, Fly, had a lot of fun facts about New Zealand and we enjoyed sharing travel stories with him. The boat ride on Milford Sound was fascinating and the guide on the boat described all of the different mountains and waterfalls with great detail.
Majestic Milford Sound with working Farm Tour!

5.00Southern Discoveries Milford Sound with Farm Visit was an awesome experience. The working Farm visit was so enlightening, we got to really spend time with Farmer and his crew. Total hands-on feeding the orphaned lambs, sheep and cows. There were also alpaca - all rescues. The lamb was only 12 days old! We got to feed the animals, met a retired sheep dog, watch how sheep gets sheared at woodstone.farm.nz We learnt about how technology is being used in nz farms and that nz farms are not subsidized by Govt at all. Nz farmers work together for R&D and share best practices. The drive from Queenstown to Milford Sound is long and a little treacherous. So glad that we left it to the professionals and got to enjoy the most breathtaking scenery. Nothing can do justice to the majestic scenery u will see on the way there. Nick and Jack were our guides. We spent 13 hours together in the bus and every bit was enlightening, fun and enjoyable. Best guides ever!!! Milford Sound is unbelievable. Just really a wonder. Could not have enjoyed this tour more. Really respect the guides who work long hours and handle a giant coach bus thru the long and winding roads. Definitely recommend this tour company. Everyone enjoyed the trip and they have it very well planned. Just sit back and take in the wonderful sights.

4.00Despite the windy roads and windy rain, this tour brought out the big guns at Milford Sound with stunning sunshine and blue skies. It was like driving to another world. The guides Nick and ? were informative and friendly and everything and everyone ran to timings.

4.00Great scenery. Today was a sunny day which meant on the plus side it was blue sky and sunshine all the times but on the down side there wasn’t much of water falls to see. Milford Sound cruise was still very windy though. A memorable trip overall.
