Every evening we use the latest weather update to choose the area around Tromso with best chances for clear skies.
At 7 pm, we pick you up outside main entrance of Radisson Blu Hotel and walk you 100 meters to our office where we show you the proper Aurora/night photography settings on your camera/mobile phone.
Then we give you warm overalls and boots, and drive you straight to the best spot. Some nights the Aurora is visible as soon as we arrive, while other evenings we relax with coffee and muffins while we wait for her.
Pick up time: 7 pm
Pick up place: Radisson Blu Hotel
Number of participants: 8 per minivan (up to 4 minivans on busy nights)
Duration: 6 hours
Level of difficulty: easy
Included: Photography tips, guide in English, Northern Lights Chase by minivan, warm overalls, boots, coffee,tea, muffins, pictures sent to your email.

He was highly knowledgeable, providing fascinating explanations about the aurora, and expertly drove us to the best viewing points for an unobstructed show. As a huge bonus, Aron took incredible, high-quality photos of the entire group and the lights! Highly recommended for a successful and educational experience.

He took us to the best spot away from the clouds, helped us take great photos, and made sure everyone was comfortable. The lights were absolutely magical — a once-in-a-lifetime experience. 5.00Our tour guide was Angel and he was the best! We were able to see the northern lights immediately and we had a wonderful view of the lights dancing. He also went the extra mile to get us to a second location to try for a better view. All the photos were amazing!

5.00Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and took us away from the bright lights of the city. He was continually able to check our location and that of the best viewing points of the Northern Lights. We disembarked the minivan on the side of a mountain after an hour and a half driving. Within minutes our eyes caught the most magical sights. Our guide was constantly telling us exactly where to look, what was happening and even what he expected to happen in a few seconds or minutes time. We were exceptionally lucky to spend over an hour witnessing the northern lights filling the sky, changing colours and dancing across the sky. He has taken the most amazing photographs and video and it was an experience that we will treasure forever. A wonderful 21st wedding anniversary excursion with the best company. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

5.00This was by far the amazing thing i’ve ever experienced so far. Andis was amazing. Talking to Andis , knowing so much things about tromso was simply fabulous. He knows what exactly he is doing. At last everything was worth it. The best birthday ive ever had.
