The adventure begins with a brief orientation at Mistra Bay, where we'll introduce you to the SUP gear and basic paddling techniques. As we paddle along the stunning coastline, we'll guide you to the picturesque St. Paul's Island, a truly special destination accessible only by water.

Throughout the journey, you'll have multiple opportunities to stop for snorkeling, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. With breathtaking views, hidden caves, and the peaceful charm of the Mediterranean, this is an experience you'll treasure forever.

We’ll start our SUP tour from the beautiful sandy beach of Mistra Bay. All the necessary SUP gear will be provided, including a SUP board, life vest, leash, and paddle. You’ll have time to change into your gear, leaving your dry clothes safely stored in the van. After a quick briefing on SUP paddling techniques to ensure your safety and enjoyment, we’ll start with a warmup paddle in the bay. From there, we’ll head towards St. Paul’s Island, a spot only accessible by water. Along the way, you’ll be treated to stunning views of secluded coastlines and hidden caves. We’ll take a longer break at the bottom of St. Paul’s Island, where you can snorkel, relax, or simply enjoy the scenery. The adventure is a round trip, and we’ll return to our starting point at Mistra Bay. This SUP tour is more than just paddling, it’s an exploration of Malta’s natural beauty and a chance to connect with its pristine Mediterranean Sea and rugged landscapes. Perfect for adventurers seeking both excitement and tranquility!

Amazing place! Very nice beach, easy to start the experience. The guide explained everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole tour. Even though it was our first time, we had an amazing time. Highly recommended!

I recently had the chance to visit Supstars Malta at Mistra Bay, and it was truly a memorable experience. Nestled in one of the quieter and more scenic bays on the island, Supstars offers an energetic and fun-filled SUP adventure that combines excitement with the natural beauty of Malta’s coast. Safety was clearly a top priority — HE provided all the necessary equipment, gave clear instructions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable before heading out.
