  was looking for a special cycling experience to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday in Italy. I asked ChatGPT for recommendations on the best cycling companies — and it suggested Gusto Cycling because of their amazing reviews. Every single one of those reviews turned out to be true! From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Massimo, everything was perfectly organized. The bikes were assembled and delivered directly to our first hotel, and the transfers between towns were seamless as we rode through the breathtaking landscapes of southern Tuscany — exploring a perfect mix of gravel and road routes that made the experience both authentic and fun. Marco was outstanding — communication was always easy, and he checked in with us at the end of each ride to make sure everything was going smoothly. He provided cool and challenging daily routes that matched our level and interests perfectly, keeping every day exciting and rewarding. The hotels were absolute gems — each one unique, charming, and full of character. This was truly an unforgettable trip and a wonderful way to experience Tuscany.   It was a great way to see Tuscany that didn't involve sitting on a bus. It was a bit scary riding a bike with traffic but the drivers were cognizant and Massimo, our guide, made sure we were safe. I would highly recommend this excursion. Be sure you can handle uphill pedaling. The wine tour was great as well.

  Massimo was the best guide ever! He let us get comfortable with the bike before taking off for the tour. The scenery was beautiful and the winery he took us to was fabulous! My sister got overheated and he took such good care of her. Also, he took pictures for us along the way which was super helpful. I would recommend Gusto Cycling to anyone!

  BEST thing we did in Tuscany! Fabulous bike tour with Massimo as our guide. He was very knowledgeable as a guide and took great care for our safety and ride experience! He even took us back to our hotel for the return drop off as rain was approaching. Lunch was fantastic in the rolling hills of Tuscany. E-bikes made the ride up to Montecarlo easy.   Massimo was absolutely fantastic! He was very attentive to our needs and tailored the perfect trip for our group. Lunch at the local winery was delicious. We ordered the pici at Massimo’s suggestion, and it did not disappoint. One highlight of the tour was the bits of local knowledge that he wove into conversation.   Marco prepared a wonderful 6 day Tuscany ride from Siena including a couple of areas where the Giro was passing on different days. The rental gravel bikes were amazing and they dropped them off at the starting hotel and finishing hotel. Marco contacted us every day and didn't mind the odd mind blowing stunning scenery photo that I sent him during the day. He responded quickly and ensured we had our coffee and lunch stops in hand with additional suggestions to add to our itinerary. Our luggage was seemlessly transported to our onwards hotel.   Massimo led us on an amazing biking day trip throughout the area. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent guide. This day was the best part of our trip to Italy. We hope to bike with Massimo again soon. This trip is great for those who are fit and can ride a bike.   The 6 day tour was absolutely fantastic. The rides were perfectly challenging with stunning views; the hotels / B&Bs were excellent; the equipment in great condition; and Marco and the team were amazing in their attention and support.   Fantastic guide and experience cycling through rolling orchards, vineyards and the hilltop village of Montecarlo. Great way to see the countryside and perfect quiet roads for biking. Lunch at Il poggio also memorable!
