Parc Omega
Travellers will explore Omega Park in a private vehicle accompanied by a guide. With special sound devices, they will be able to attract certain animals such as deer, elk or bison, while learning to recognize their natural behavior. The route traverses different habitats where animals move freely, providing an authentic immersion in Canadian wildlife. Permitted feed will be provided to feed certain animals ethically, and binoculars will be available to better observe the surrounding nature.

No-show from the Tour operator the morning of and denying refund

1.00This Tour operator did not show up the morning of the activity. We tried to call them. We tried to contact them via WhatsApp chat and via the app. We also called.Viator customer service who put us on hold while they tried to reach the Tour director and got no answer. After this no-show, they denied us a refund of $633 because we were less than 24 hours before the start of the tour as we sat at the entrance of this park the meeting point. We received no phone call or text message from them in the days leading up to the trip to tell us where an alternate meeting point might be so we showed up at the one advertised on the listing. Terrible experience we are out $633 and not satisfied with the third-party operator or Viator customer service

5.00We came across this park almost by chance, when they were going from Ottawa to Montreal. It was supposed to be a couple of hours stopover, we stayed all day so excited. To do absolutely not only if you have children. It was great to see so many animals that we are definitely not used to seeing in southern Italy 😅.

5.00Eugenio was terrific! Laid back, accommodating, knowledgeable, and informative! I was getting a coffee when he arrived, and it was no issue for him to wait a few minutes until I got the coffee. He brought a HUGE amount of carrots for us to feed the animals. My husband is on a walker, and Eugenio stayed with him and helped him out whenever needed. He’s a very kind and polite tour with impeccable English, French, & Spanish. My husband & I saw more animals than we ever dreamed we would see! It was a perfect day ! I highly recommend it!!

5.00Magnificent safari to see animals, a part of them indigenous as deer, maples, wolves, bears. Oh, too. Other animals like bison, foxes, eagles, owls... I highly recommend it

5.00We did the Cocktail with the Wolves at the Park Omega wolf observatory. The naturalist guides were very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional and were able to answer all our questions. The food was excellent and the staff extremely polite and friendly. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!!!

5.00This was one of the highlights of our trip to Canada. Very well communicated about the pick up, journey comfortably! Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made the day great. Made sure we saw everything and even drove back to make sure we got the full experience!

5.00Our guides Fernando and Fernanda were amazing. We were able to go at a relaxed pace to enjoy all the wildlife. He was extremely knowledgeable as was Fernanda. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the tour and this company.
